This is a really nice place, but if you want to be at the beach this isn't the best choice. To be fair I booked on short notice and on a budget. You are less than 5 minutes drive to the beach, so if beachfront views are a priority this isn't it. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean and updated, the staff are friendly and personable, and there are countless excellent restaurants less than 2 miles either direction. The hotel is right next to the road though, and it can be noisy.

Location was great...lots of restaurants and things to do places are there. However the quality of bed and linens were not good. Floor Carpets were not in great shape.

The price was great ($125 a night offseason). We stayed in a “condo” which is really two motel rooms made into a suite. So we had a bedroom with two queen beds and a living room with a pull out couch, and two full bathrooms which worked great for me and my two adult children traveling together. There was a good size refrigerator, toaster, small microwave, and coffee maker and lots of dishes and silverware. I wouldn’t really call it updated but it was quite satisfactory. The only thing that was really wonky was the door knob and lock which wasn’t very substantial. I would to have preferred a deadbolt. I would stay there again.

Greeted immediately by a friendly and welcoming individual. Very convenient to where we needed to be for the weekend. Very clean, building and grounds well maintained. The room was small but comfortable and very clean. To me that makes me the most comfortable when I can relax because I know how clean they have kept it even with all the various different people staying at this location. Thank you!

The place was very nice, clean and ready for us when we arrived. Don at the front desk was really nice and helpful through our our stay.

Pier 7 is a great hotel with friendly staff. Pool/hot tub were wonderful, rooms were well put together, cozy and clean. Landscaping and view are very nice as well. Great location with resteraunt/bars, fishing area, mini golf, stores, docks, pond and river all walking distance fr hotel.

Not a traditional hotel room, it's like being home in my living room. Very comfortable and cozy. I will never stay in a regular hotel again. Great location too boot. 5 minutes away from everything. Wish I had found out about this place years ago !

Very friendly staff, very clean and close to everything. Went to captain parkers pub across street for dinner , great food. Rooms decor is so pretty has everything u need.

For starters this is a time share, not a condo, not a hotel. They do not have a 24 hour front desk but their Orbitz posting said they did. We were told daily maid service would cover changing towels and emptying trash nothing else. After our first night there we came back at the end of a long day to find our rooms had not been touched at all. We were more than a little bit upset because one of toilets had overflowed early in the morning and we made sure the office knew before we went out for the day. They did clear the clog but NO ONE cleaned up the toilet, NO ONE picked up the dirty towels that we had to use to clean up enough so we could get out. We had two rooms, neither was serviced at all that day. Not a great way to start your stay. The office did apologize and our rooms were serviced each day for the rest of our stay. No compensation was offered so that was disappointing. The rooms are not really much bigger than a regular hotel room but they are packed with furniture so walking around is tough. One of our rooms faced Route 28 and it was so noisy you could not leave a window open if you wanted fresh air. This is Cape Cod, lots of water around, always pretty humid but with out air flow it was hard to get the room dried out without freezing us out with the AC. This is not a place I would recommend.
