Best on Cape

Very clean and well equipped cottage. Very convenient to stores, restaurants and beaches and perfect for pond-side walks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel to Cape Cod each year (family of 4 incl 2 tweens) and really loved the location of this rental. Booking was very easy and Berkshire Hathaway was a pleasure to communicate with. The rental was well appointed, and we appreciated the little well-thought out set up. The house was immaculate, and well cared for. - it’s exactly as pictured. We especially appreciated the two bicycles which we were able to use for daily rides on the bike trail and around the neighborhood. The house also had darts and corn hole! House is super close to Bass River for kayaking, and the bike trail. The hosts really thought of everything which allowed us to grill or cook dinners at home most nights. Our two tweens liked expiring the wooded back yard. We definitely would return!

The house was clean, perfectly situated mid-cape and in between many of our favorite activities. It included many convenient extras, even a pair of bicycles. The gift bag with goodies was also very thoughtful and appreciated. The only thing missing was we could have used a few more trash bags so bring extras with you. I would have if I knew there would only be a couple available.

Cozy and comfortable home

Very clean and well equipped. Centrally located. Welcome bag a nice surprise and very thoughtful. Quiet neighborhood with great view of cranberry bog. A five star stay.

Great first stay in Cape Cod!

This was our first trip to the Cape and we had a great time! The house is absolutely adorable - very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. We loved using the bikes! The "welcome bag" the owners left was a very nice touch. Cooking and doing laundry is a lot more enjoyable when you're in someone else's house. : ) Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The house was convenient to go to various beaches and stores. We loved the kitchen and cozy & clean rooms. Welcome kit was very thoughtful too. Check in process could be a bit more easier if we didn’t have to drive to the managing office.

Cozy home on quiet street

Enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the location. Beaches and shopping are just a short 10-15 minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is very tastefully decorated. Enjoyed using the bicycles every day. Also enjoyed the tv's in each bedroom!

Having to drive to real estate office to get a code for the door was a nonsense. All the paperwork could have been emailed to me beforehand. The book in the home had different info then what was given to us, mostly about trash and cleaning. The area was convenient to beaches but you had to drive there, nothing in walking distance.

Beautiful Vacation Home in Yarmouth

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths was great with adults and kids. Several beaches in Dennis are within 5. It was recently updated and decorated beautifully. So clean (and I’m fussy!) overall a fantastic home.

Great rental!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is SUPER cute and very clean. It was only a few minutes to beaches in each direction. I took advantage of the rail trail which was only 3/4 a mile from the house. We LOVED the cape! We will definitely be back to visit. Highly recommend this property
