I hate giving reviews, but I think it would be unconscionable if I didn't provide a heads-up on this place. I travel a little bit, and this has to be the worse hotel I have experienced in the U.S. It would be more consistent with a 3rd world hotel not something you find in the U.S. Where do I begin...1) No hot water; 2) In repair (no coverings for air protection); 3) Aged, I mean aged furnishings that you would find in a thrift store; 4) Lobby area was a mess and unclean; 5) Wi-Fi did not work; 6) Building showed much deferred maintenance as did the drive and parking lot. The property owners obviously do not have the financial resources to properly manage the property or just don't care. The guest profile seems to be that of long-term residents rather than short-term visitors. I booked for a week, but I stayed for the night only because it was near midnight and needed a little sleep. I would remove this hotel from your selection, you would do your patrons a disservice, truly.

I'm a medical student who had to stay in the area for a week, and didn't want to pay $100+ a night. To that end, less than $50 shouldn't be peak stuff, but still- 1) the entire place is under construction- take that into account. Not their fault, and I stayed in one of the newer rooms, which was nice. 2)the bed was comfy, but they didn't have a real comfortable, and the thin thing on top had cigarette holes in it, and both the "blanket" and sheets didn't fit the bed. 3) AC was great! Kept the room nice and comfortable 4) had to ask 3 times for towels 5)the room wasn't cleaned until the third day I was there 6) In a non smoking room, I could still smell the adjoining rooms which were smoking 7) families who are working on the construction are loud 8)didn't try the breakfast, as I was leaving between 4 and 7 am

The hotel was not clean. Rug in room was not clean, did not get 2 beds, TV DID NOT WORK,.NO ICE FOR ROOMS, NO HOT WATER COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER,I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN FELT VERY UNCOMFORT. WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!!!

We walked in and they let us see the room we would get before we paid ...... that should say a lot right there. The staff is outstanding, friendly. The hotel itself needs major upgrades. The roomwas mostly clean, but everything in it was old. Old carpet, old furniture, etc..... It would do in a pinch, and could be very goo with some upgrades.

This place is Norman Bates/ Psycho scary. Not at all the online pics!! I am disgusted with this experience.

Made it in late, room was clean and satisfactory.Everything was fine except the breakfast was not put out and we could not wait on it.

I read lots of reviews that said this place was terrible, but went there anyway because of the price. I was in town for National Guard drill and just needed a place to stay for the night. I stayed on the 1st floor in January. The reports of garbage cans in the hall to catch water leaks were true. The place is in serious need of remodeling, but was clean enough. All of the linens were obviously old, cigarette burns in the blankets, etc but the bed was comfortable and the pillows looked newer. And although old and worn everything seemed clean. I did not see any pests, but it was January so... Bathrooom was clean...shower was the best part of the stay...hot, hot water and good pressure. Wireless internet worked great; so did the TV. Breakfast was coffee, toast and jelly, and 3 types of cereal. Considering how inexpensive it was compared to everything else in the area I would probably stay there again. I would not stay there for a long vacation or with my wife and daughter. But for a business traveler or someone looking for the basics for a night and wanting a cheap place to stay this place was ok. If the economy picks up and they can invest in some new sheets, towels, and a coat of paint this place could be a ok. Oh and the staff was nice.

It was very cheap, which is what we were looking for, but you definitely get what you pay for. Burn holes in sheets, buckets in the hallway to catch the water leaks, etc...

Hotel Very Rundown and unsightly. In disarray. Had to cancel my reservation upon arrival due to condition. Great location for my use but not up to my standards which are already very low. [...]

we did enjoy the staff, nice ppl there. Kim is the manager and she is trying to remodel,in all fairness. so the next time I return, the barrels to catch the water leak may be gone, air conditioners needs work or replaced. We had a refrigerator and a microwave in our room, which was a nice plus. the coffee maker however was greatly in need of a cleaning. they do offer coffee, toast and cereal for breakfast for those that eat breakfast. the coffee was good. A vehicle was vandelized a week b4 we arrived and was still there after a week stay.

The hotel was not clean and the furniture was in very, very poor shape. The carpeting was very worn and in bad taste. The elevator would not go up to fourth floor when called from that floor. Ice was only obtained when purchased. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke although there were no smoking signs. There were no trash cans in the rooms and there was trash in the hallways. I would never stay in this hotel again.

I've spent hundreds of nights in dozens of hotels, everything from Hilton, Crown Plaza and Hyatt to Motel 6 and Super 8. I've never written a review on any of them, I just never felt the need, however I did feel obligated to write one on this DUMP just to try and save anyone else from wasting their money and a night of their lives in this absolute garbage can!

The bathroom had mold, the sheets on the bed had burn holes, The sink was dirty, Kids were drinking in the parking lot all night. I will never stay here again.

We were impressed by the size of the room, This room at least had a couch you could sit on instead of just the bed. It was a very large room, but not in a very good area of town. Also they are renovating - no ice was available for our soda, no eating areas within a short distance or walking distance to the hotel. No hotel restraunt. Would not stay there again. Not real sure how safe we were there.
