Wonderful Three Bedroom Condo Partial Ocean Views

At Peninsula Island Resort & Spa you will find 10ft ceilings, large windows and partial gulf view from the private balcony.

Each studio or apartment has a seating area, a kitchen or a kitchenette and a dining area.

This South Padre Island resort has private beach access and an on-site spa and wellness centre.
The resorts staff offers 24-hour concierge services to meet the needs of guests. A private balcony is offered.
An outdoor swimming pool with a sundeck. Guests will also have access to a fitness centre and free parking.

We don't have a bbq area and we don't allowed grilling onsite. (No grilling onsite, due to a environmental county restriction. Thanks for your understanding).

During Spring Break (March 11–21), a security deposit of $500 USD is required for incidentals. The deposit may be paid in cash or charged to a credit card at check-in (for credit card payments, pre-authorization by the hotel is required). This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection.


This three bedroom apartment is perfect for a family getaway in front of the beach.
The resort has direct access to the beach, perfect to enjoy your time here. We have incredible amenities such as our Restaurant Las Olas where you can enjoy an exquisite meal with the best views of the sea or our pool, which has two jacuzzis.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Limited housekeeping is available.

Property looks amazing in photos . But the whole place need a major renovation .

Stayed in a condo that needs major renovation and repairs . Ask one of the worker if they could take the trash for me . He point and told me where the dumpster were. Talk and ask several times for them to come and clean our room . Manager and the worker were aware of this . They informated me they could do it since housekeep had leave for the day . I went to the office early to let them know our room need cleaning . And even told several other worker and house keeping that we need our room clean . It never got clean . This was the only place available to book. Huge mistake . Save your money . Look somewhere else were you as the guest is right . Or have trained managers or employees that can help you. There was a lot of major code violations . There open wire in the grass by the pool .And some of the outlets need tiding . Old and out date appliance . Plus alot the the chairs around the pool have tears and need to be replace . Management is rude . She couldn’t not fix the problem . She just told us I’m done . Threw her hands up and storm out of your room. If I could give them zero stars it would better . Than to fake one star. That they didn’t earn . I have never left a bad review or had a bad experience like this one .
