House was clean and as shown in listing. Resort itself was amazing from the front gate to the groundscrew. Amazing pools and beach sitting area. Host communicated in timely matter but no wiggle room with check in times. Plan to supply own extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Dryer took 3 cycles to fully dry.

I was happy with location. Pool was heated too warm for my liking. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper. Also, bring salt pepper and coffee filters. At night there are no black out blinds so you can see in the living and kitchen area. I enjoyed the patio and the island. Hostess responded back quickly.

Location was good. Access to pools and beach was fantastic.Needs updated in many ways- a.c. settings, microwave didnt work, damage on walls/paint, mold in laundry, grout in showers and pop up window, washer/dryer, diswasher dirty, dishes in cabinets/drawers unclean. Cabinets dirty. No wash cloths, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week. Had to provide own laundry soap. Only 4 beach towels available.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here! Property is clean, nicely appointed, super comfy and quiet. Host was great, super communicative and responsive. The property is an SPI classic - the Bahia Mar. The resort was property is clean and comfortable, with ample parking and a friendly staff to greet you. Big TVs in the condo were great and our kiddo loved being able to have her own space.Would love to stay here again in the future!

Condo was very clean and steps from the pool and beach! Lots of green areas and very pet friendly resort. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. There were also not very many towels and although there is a stackable washer and dryer, they are so tiny they are almost unuseable. Still 5 stars for cleanliness, location, and pet friendliness. Would book again.

Nice clean condo close to beach

The condo was clean - cut exceptionally clean! However, the dishwasher and clothes dryer did not work. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would book again. Privacy and pet friendly. The grounds were lovely and pool and beach were steps away.

Great Stay

Great location on the property, close to all immunities. The condo has a nice lawn area off the patio. The new splash pad was fun for the little ones. Condo was clean and comfortable. The dehumidifier helped immensely.

Somewhat Satisfied

Check-in process was very smooth. VRBO was very clean. Dishwasher did not work. Notified through my contact and was told to make sure the door was shut and try again. I did try a second time and it still didn't work and I was told to contact maintenance and given a number. When I contacted maintenance they said that they we're not sure they'd make it out that day as they were very busy but they would be out first thing in the morning. That was on day two and we never had anybody come look at our dishwasher. We were only supplied four to five large towels for the entire week, along with one roll of paper towels and two existing rolls of toilet paper with one replacement. We also only had one garbage bag in the receptacle and one extra for the entire week. When I reached out to our contact to see if there were more supplies, I was told that this was all that was provided but we could contact customer service. So we made another trip to the store got laundry soap and dryer sheets to come back to wash both our bath towels and beach towels only to find that the dryer did not dry towels. These amenities are nice to have in stock when you are traveling over a thousand plus miles you do not take up the space in your suitcase with extra towels and laundry supplies.

Great spot for small family.

Overall the property was great. My only complaint was the was the washer and dryer. They were super loud and didn't work well if u put more than one thing in at a time.

The location was excellent. However, we encountered some issues with the property. One of the bedrooms had significant mold, requiring a visit from the cleaners. Despite the cleaning, a strong mold odor persisted throughout our stay. Additionally, the pools and hot tubs seemed to have heating problems, as they remained quite cold.

Great beach property

Great property close to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here. The place was very clean and accessible to the beach. There was construction in the property but once it is done, this place will look even better. We plan to stay here again.
