Location is great. Breakfast is good. Housekeeping staff are very nice & do a good job keeping everything clean. Our stay was nice after finally getting are room at 6pm when check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We arrived on SPI around noon so grabbed lunch & did some shopping etc, to buy time before check in. After traveling all day we just wanted to get settled in our hotel room & enjoy the beach. After checking with the front desk 3 different times, we were told each time that our room wasn’t ready. We witnessed other guests arriving & able to check in, while others also had to wait. It seems like it was a timing issue, if a couple rooms opened, then they gave those away to the next people that walked thru the doors instead of taking care of guests that were waiting for their room for 3 hours. Key card entry was frustrating, had to have front desk recharge card several times. No blow dryer in the room, asked front desk twice & they said they would have someone come & deliver it, we never received it. Front desk & check in process needs to be improved.
