Just two blocks from Heavenly Ski Resort, this home is in a great location. You will love being able to walk to the lifts in the morning and relaxing in the private hot tub during the evenings. With four bedrooms and room for eight this is a perfect property for your next summer or snow trip. A newly remodeled Kitchen and Dining Room is an extra bonus! As of May 31 this property will only be available for 31 day rentals.


**A high speed Internet connection with wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.**

Pets Welcome! Pet approval and a separately charged pet fee will be required to confirm the booking. Pet fee: $35.00 per pet plus tax and a $100 refundable pet deposit per pet (Maximum of 2 pets)

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

Rundown, not a great experience

Website description says there is a dishwasher, no dishwasher. Don't want to spend my vacation hand washing dishes. Carpet is stained, couch is badly stained and gross to the point I didn't want anyone sitting on it. Management said they could bring a couch cover, instead brought a blanket to drape over part of the couch...ok. Dried pee stain on the carpet. No trash bags for kitchen, no screen on one window...let a bunch of bugs in. Shower knobs in both bathrooms come off when you try to use them. Queen mattress is basically a box spring with sheets, very uncomfortable. Pet hair all over. Outdated TVs, limited amount of bath towels, had to use one towel for 3 people all weekend. If you're looking for a relaxing, fun, functional place to stay in Southlake, this is not it!!
