Walking distance, a short drive, or rent a scooter/golf cart to the shops, restaurants, breweries, farmers market, pier, lighthouse, and the Black River with the incredible boat, dinghy, yacht traffic.

Come back home to relax on a very spacious front porch before you join others to walk to the Blue Stairs bluff for sunset. Enjoy the fire pit in the backyard, a private dining area in the enclosed backyard, or your favorite drink on the front porch again!! This home also offers parking in the 2 car garage, a perennial garden surrounding the house, a master bedroom on the main floor with a step-in shower, dining options inside or the backyard or on the front porch. Did we mention the front porch enough?

**For the 2024 rental season, this home has been updated with all new beds upstairs, new comforters and pillows, a Graco Pack N Play, a Fisher Price Deluxe Booster Chair (with straps and a removable tray), a BabyTrend Expedition XL Jogger Stroller, and a Jeep Stroller with cup holders, tray, and shade cover.
