Lamento dar esta calificación, pero el hecho de qué no haya una persona que te pueda atender me dejó esperando afuera de la propiedad y mientras sin poder hacer nada quizás si dentro de su respuestas automatizadas se hubiera reflejado que ya hiciste la reservación y automáticamente te mandaron la clave para obtener acceso a la cabaña sería lo justo

I was in Room 101. Directly above me was a living and or apartment unit. Could hear everything and up all night. Had to check out early. Staff and owners were aware of the situation, however did not follow up.

It was so convenient not having to check in. Just enter the code. The room was exceptional. Clean and comfortable. Great TV. Coffee maker. A great place to stay and appreciate the early season prices for my budget. Thanks.

A bit confusing , no contact checkin , never seen a single soul. I was just about to say forget it because when you scan the QR code on the door to check in it’s as if you don’t have.a reservation and it’s just round and round . Long check in but once I figured it out . We were checked in

We shall return if in the area again. The only issue we had were the double beds. Too small for us to sleep comfortably together. However, other rooms had queen beds. We just happened to get the room that didn’t and chose to sleep separately than change rooms because of the other amenities in the room. The front desk isn’t staffed but their sister hotel across the street will assist as needed. Great place to stay if in town for fishing, skiing, etc. more of a cabin feel than a hotel. Great price (early Oct).

I had an… interesting experience with this place, which I may have already reviewed. First, the check-in and process and the communication with the concierge service is completely electronic. There is no actual attendant on the premises. This could be okay if it were done well and using the correct technology, but that very much not the case. The system is clumsy, awkward and disjointed. Good luck with that. Second, when I actually *did* manage to fumble my way through the process of getting into my room, I found that the room was in complete disarray. The cleaning staff had done absolutely *nothing* after the last guest. There was even about 2/3 of a pizza left next to the television. Personally, I lay the blame less on the cleaning staff than I do the communication, if getting into my room was evidence enough. After more fumbling with the communication, I eventually began a disjointed conversation with the concierge service on duty. He/they apologized and got me a room on the other side of the street. That was sufficient, because it was sort of an upgrade. The day after they moved me back to the room I was originally supposed to have. As to the room I was supposed to have, I really only have two complaints: there were not enough blankets for the season, (and this is coming from someone who has been consistently described as being hot-blooded,) and the heater/A/C was so noisy that I was having difficulty hearing phone conversations. Other than that, it was fine.
