"We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned and towels were not refreshed at any point during our stay. On the first night, my husband ended up taking towels from a housekeeping cart. While I’m sure we could have requested fresh towels, it was disappointing to return to our room after being out and still not receive standard housekeeping service. The room size itself was adequate. However, the bed was uncomfortable, and we had difficulty getting restful sleep—especially on the second night. We also struggled to regulate the room temperature, which made sleeping comfortably challenging. Staff at front desk at check in first night: excellent. "
