location is premium, the hotel is nice and clean. i did not like that the bath tub/shower had a manual shower that was not working, the tub and jet tub was not working... so they have all these features but unable to use them

The hotel was charming, ask for a room on a higher floor if outside noise bothers you while sleeping. The Vault: Marrini Bar wasn’t open while we were there and that was a little disappointing. Overall I would stay again.

Love staying here. It’s on the same street as Soda City which is every Saturday. You can walk to restaurant's and shops. The rooftop bar is nice with great views. The rooms are nice and the beds are so comfortable.

The staff was great and friendly, and the hotel itself was beautiful and classy. But we were surprised and disappointed in the rooftop lounge - there was no way up except via the VERY DIRTY stairway from the 16th floor, and the rooftop itself was tacky and unappealing. The handrails on the stairway were sticky and the stairs were very dirty and broken up. We were quite surprised by this.

The only option for parking is the hotels valet parking service for which there is a daily fee. There is no busboy service and there were no carts available to transport our luggage up to the room. We had to carry multiple pieces of luggage without any cart up to our room on the sixth floor. The ice machine on our floor was not working. They have a restaurant on the 17th floor, which is very pricey. There are limited options nearby for dining while we were walking to look for a restaurant we encountered numerous homeless people, and upon exiting the hotel we were immediately accosted by a homeless man.
