Great location, lovely decor, and a historic building. However, the hostess was less than friendly and not very informative.

Over priced. No microwave. Overall decent hotel, but there are far superior hotels for the money

I booked two king-bedded rooms for two nights each. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and booked well in advance. The rooms given to us were both handicap-accessible rooms, which were not requested, and both located next to the ice machines. One room on the second floor was also across from the fitness center, and was extremely beat up, with scrapes and marks on the walls, dirty floors and carpet, chunks of wood missing from the bathroom door, etc. We were told the ice makers were shut off at 8:30 pm each evening, but that was not the case. They actually ran all night with people using them after midnight - I also tested them myself. We requested to be moved from the second floor, but a lot of excuses were made as to why we could not be. I asked if we could be moved the next day, and no one followed up. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of accommodation made, the condition of the room and the property, and our overall stay. The carpet on the stairs was also ridiculously dirty and abused. This hotel was two stars, at best.

Everyone was very kind and I was able to check in a half hour early. The rooftop bar is very unique as well.

Great unique hotel right near everything downtown.

Water shut off while showering. Water turned back on after 30 seconds and scalded me. Overhead light wouldn’t shut off. Bathroom sink leaked. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Ice machine was on 16th floor. We complained to the front desk. Manager never contacted us. Very disappointed.

Less than average accommodations. No fridge, parking expensive. Did not replenish the towels. Bed made and that was all. No vacuum entire stay. Big disappointment

Perfect location for the hotel. However I would rate a 2 star for upkeep. Carpet is stained and discolored in hallway and room. I was there 5 days and my room was not vacuumed, bathroom floor had previous occupants hair, sink and mirror in bathroom not wiped down or cleaned, trash not emptied, water rings on the desk from precious guest, soap taken by housekeeping (?) and not replaced. Housekeeping took the $5 tip daily and made the bed, straightened the towels.

Beautiful building. Restaurant and bar on -site is very convenient.

The beds were wonderful .I got a great nights sleep
