The property was under restoration. At 8:00 we heard framing being done in the hallway. It would have been nice to know this prior to booking. I would not have gone to this hotel if I knew. The breakfast was not edible. The pancakes were way undercooked (raw in the middle), and the seasoning was so strong we just left it. Although the staff was excellent, I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

There was no fitted sheet on one of the beds. No shampoo or soap for the shower. No soap for the bathroom sink. Long hair in the shower and my son and I have short hair. There was no coffee or cream for the coffee maker. I have never written a negative review for any hotel but this was needed.
When we checked into our room, it was not cleaned much if any.. Food was found on the floor, room had a smell like it wasn’t cleaned, no toilet paper and Kleenex and had to call for some towels.. Our room was changed but housekeeping manager said we would get a partial refund. Upon checkout no refund was given and left two messages but never returned my calls. Sad thing is we stayed there earlier in the year. Very disappointed
It appeared that the property was going under some renovation, which will be nice for the future. My big complaint was not having a USB port available. Also, the pillows were rather flimsy and not head supportive. Other than that, room was clean and I understand the remodeling/upgrade going on.
The lobby was nice and clean. The room was clean but needs updates ( carpet and furniture).

Hi John,I was disappointed to hear about the disruption during your stay and sincerely apologize for the impact it had on your visit. While the renovation will ultimately be a great improvement, they should only be working within certain hours and neither 8am nor 8pm are within this timeframe.
