The space
This is a newly-finished basement apartment… private, clean, bright, and warm, with artistic touches to make it a unique, beautiful space to stay!

- Bedroom has comfortable queen-sized bed, with 100% cotton sheets, multiple pillow types, and extra blankets. Large walk-in closet with custom shelving and hanging rod. Desk/chair to use as office space.

- Well-equipped kitchenette contains induction stove, range hood, large sink, under the counter fridge, island, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, blender, pots and pans, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

- Dining area has plenty of seating and is a great place to gather for a meal or a card game.

- Living room has a couch , stressless lounge chair, and a smart TV to use with your own streaming services.

- Entryway has plenty of room for coats, shoes, and bags. Bikes/skis/snowboards can be stored in the garage.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire basement apartment.

Access to the apartment is through a separate entrance from the main house (will need to go through host’s garage to access apartment).

Some closets in the apartment are locked for owner storage.

Driveway is shared with main house - basement apartment guests use the left side; main house uses the right side.
Other things to note
Outdoor security cameras at entrances (no cameras inside apartment)

This is a basement apartment... while there is sound insulation between the floors and in the walls, muted sounds from above may be heard.
