Good location, pleasant staff. OK breakfast, but identical every day

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BED BUGS..... First of all, the lady at the front desk told me to wait. Not "hi" or "hello i will right with you". But "wait" that was it. Then she said "ID and credit card". Still no hello or any type of greeting. I understand...cheap motel. Then the room smells like someone smoke some weed right before me. I didn't expect too much for what i was paying for but a dirty towel was hanging in the bathroom and floor was just dirty like no one vacumes for few days. The real deal was BEDBUGS. EVERYWHERE. I realized in the morning they are the ones that makes me itchy all night. And in the morning I found and killed 5 of them. I wish I can post some pictures but i don't think I can. The manager on duty that morning said they are not BEDBUGS but she doesn't know what it is. She completely ignored my concerns and asked me why didn't I came to front desk and ask for sifferent room. Probability is all the room has same problem in my opinion. Call the corporate office and they offered me 2000 points and basically told me to shut up. No apologies or nothing. Never going back to any of their company owned places. BEDBUGS?

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Great breakfast spread. We had to extend our stay due to weather and the staff were helpful and accommodating. There were plenty of food option nearby as well

When we entered the room it was freezing cold. We turned on the heat and it took a couple of hours to heat up. I slept with a vest over my pajamas. The next morning I went to take a shower and there was no shower curtain. I called the front desk and the girl said she would bring one. I waited 40 minutes and no shower curtain. I called the front desk a second time and was told that they would bring it to the room in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I walked to the front desk to pick it up myself. When the girl saw me she disappeared from the front counter and then came back after 5 minutes and said I delivered the curtain to your room. The second night was much better. Room was warm and we had a shower curtain. Bed was comfortable and free breakfast was good.

Dirty blankets in two rooms. Tub didn't drain. Staff was rude and confused me with another guest. Heater didn't work. Breakfast ok, but eggs had no flavor and terrible texture. This was the opposite of "quality". Never again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, however the bathtub didn't drain. We reported that when we checked out, so we don't know if they fixed it. Breakfast was good

Hotel was very over priced and not well run. Common areas like halls, elevator, and floors are dirty and not cleaned daily. Breakfast just average. Room was okay, but bed way to soft and lumpy. Over all, it served it;s purpose but would not stay there again.

Facility needs a lotg of work. What has been done is very shoddy. Probably won't stay again.

Bed just about fell apart when I sat down. I had to move bed around to get it stacked onto box spring for stability. Room was just painted but painter painted the bed spread on all over the curtains. Did not get a shower because unable to get shower to work even personal came to room couldn’t get it to work. New personal came to look at shower finally got it to work but to late I had to check out so no shower. Employees were very friendly and professional but hotel was not up to standards.

Ok, hotel condition seems a bit tired. Furniture, carpeting worn.

I arrived at the hotel. the staff was pleasant. I had booked my room weeks before my trip. I went on line before and the hotel appeared that is was only a 1 floor hotel to be assured that it had 2 floors I spoke with Jason and he moved me to the second floor. Reason behind as the windows had the capability of opening. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was given a key for the 1st floor. No problem they switched me to the 2nd floor got my key cards and they did not work. so back down to get another set. Told cell phones deactivate the key cards. awesome in a purse really of course that is going to happen. get in my room and find a bug on the wall tried to catch it and smooch it. No sure if I got it. on my last day I found yet another one in the bathroom and smooshed took a picture.. Baby coach roach where there is one there are more. I was assured upon check out that I would receive an express receipt under my door at 3 AM that did not happen. I went downstairs at 6 am to check out to find a sign sorry we are unable to assist you at the moment we should return soon sorry for the inconvenience. I checked out and then whispered to the desk clerk of my bug situation and told him where there is a baby there are more. this needs to be addressed . on another note i asked about a salad and they said that there facilities were outdated as they had no cook he/she quite not sure who did the continental breakfast in the morning but probably the front desk staff. :(

We stayed for one night at the Quality Inn on the north side of South Bend. It was fine, I would recommend it if you need a quick stop on your travels or are in town for an event. Nothing special but the staff was friendly, the lobby is nice, and everything was clean. Breakfast included, and they have a pool and workout room if you have time for that.

I had a water lak in my room that leaked on the towels and toilet in the bathroom other that that it was fine. Staff knowledge was good and completely worthy

Didn't stay long. Just needed a place to sleep and this place did the trick.

Way too much money for the condition of the rooms. I did like the location and the shuttle service to and from ND. The local bar just up the road called Cheers was a lot of fun.

Dirty blankets in two rooms. Tub didn't drain. Staff was rude and confused me with another guest. Heater didn't work. Breakfast ok, but eggs had no flavor and terrible texture. This was the opposite of "quality". Never again.
