New 4-bedroom house in Soulzbach

Located in the village of Soulzbach-les-Bains, this brand-new house, built in 2023, welcomes you for a stay in the Vosges Mountains. This detached, two-story house features four bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor (queen-size bed) with a private bathroom and separate toilet. The other three bedrooms (90x200cm beds) are located upstairs with a bathroom and separate toilet.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster) opening onto the living room, a dining area, and a lounge area with a smart TV. Direct access to the terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue is available. The cottage is equipped with a lockable garage (accessible by code provided upon arrival) for parking one car, bicycle, and motorcycle. Slow charging station for electric vehicles (contact the owner for details). Ski and hiking equipment, as well as a roof box, can also be stored in the garage. An additional private parking space is available in front of the garage.
A baby cot and high chair are available in the cottage.
Linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillows, and towels) are included in the price, as is cleaning. A hairdryer is available.
A seventh guest can be accommodated upon request at an additional cost.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage ca. 30 Minuten von Colmar entfernt. Es ist erst vor wenigen Jahren gebaut worden und dementsprechend modern und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber und der Check-in verlief äußerst komfortabel. Der Vermieter (Remy) wohnt direkt gegenüber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Falls wir nochmal in der Nähe sein sollten kommen wir gerne wieder

Das Haus bietet alles an Komfort was man sich für ein Feriendomizil nur wünschen kann und das Vermieterehepaar ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachbarschaftliche Nähe und Privatsphäre halten sich die Waage . Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Gugelhupf und einer Flasche Crémant begrüßt und bekamen sehr nette Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche . Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder Lieben Dank und herzliche Grüße Familie Vogtel
