This fabulous 4 bedroom villa is located in Ayia thekla and is just a few minutes walk to the closest beach. Spacious both inside and outside, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the beaches and amenities that the resort has to offer.

Downstairs, the villa has a very spacious living room and dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen TV and both the living room and dining room offer ample seating. Leading off from the dining room is the large, separate kitchen with an extra dining table and seating area and is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a W/C on this floor

Upstairs, the villa has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathrooms, There are two more bedrooms with double beds and bedroom 4 has three single beds so the villa accommodates nine people. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. You will also find the family bathroom which has a bathtub with overhead shower.

Outside, the villa has a large and well-kept garden surrounded by tress for your privacy. You will find an outside bar, shaded outside dining area, barbecue, sun loungers and private pool all surrounded by the modern decking.

A very big villa with plenty of space, in need of an update

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends and we had a lovely time. I would say that the villa could do with a bit of updating but overall there was plenty of space for us all and all the girls liked the villa. It’s is in a quieter neighbourhood on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. It would be helpful to have a bit more information on the bus timetable as you do have to rely on taxi’s or car hire otherwise it is about a 20-30 min walk to the Water Park and Makronissos Beach and it’s about another 30 min walk to Ayia Napa Centre. The local shop is about a 5-10 min walk and it is very well stocked for all the essentials. We didn’t try the restaurant by the local shop. Also, for some reason there were no batteries in the remotes for the fans downstairs but other than that the villa is stocked with all that you’d need for a home away from home.
