The villa has recently been fully renovated, new designed and also equipped with new furniture and a brand new kitchen.
In the spacious garden you'll find a heated pool surrounded by a wooden decking.
The golf course is just around the corner and downtown Hossegor with its beautiful beaches is only a few minutes away.
A family friendly villa for unforgettable holidays in Hossegor, Les Landes.
The well equipped kitchen leads to the dining area with fireplace and open to the comfortable living room.
On the ground floor you'll find two bedrooms with each a bathroom.
Upstairs is one double room and the kids’ room with two child beds and one baby cot. Also upstairs is a bathroom.
Around the house you'll have a spacious garden with trampoline, a slide, BBQ and on the backside of the house is another deck with a wooden pick nick table and view into the green.
The pool is secured by an electronic cover.
3 cars can easily park in the drive way.
This winter a gardener is going to work on our property especially the backside of the house. (Thats why you dont see it on the images.)
The pool heating is included in the rental price from May until end of September.
The villa is managed by Blue Door Agency and property manager Phil is always happy to help and advise.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Pool und großem Garten
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Insbesondere all die Dinge, die eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern benötigt, standen zur Verfügung (Hochstuhl, Kinderbetten, Baby Phone etc.). Darüber hinaus ist die sehr professionelle Verwaltung und Kommunikation mit dieser hervorzuheben. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Super Haus mit tollem Garten in zentraler Lage
Sehr schönes Haus mit top Ausstattung für eine Familie und großzügigem Garten. Auf dem Sonnendeck kann man gemütlich am langen Tisch essen, herrlich entspannen und im beheizten Pool seine Runden ziehen. Ideal für eine Familie aber auch schön zu Zweit. Durch die super Lage sind Geschäfte, Supermärkte, Bäckerei, Hossegor Zentrum und Strand jeweils in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Super séjour à Hossegor
Merveilleuse villa fonctionnelle et moderne. Parfaitement équipée aussi bien pour les adultes que les enfants.
Très propre et soignée.
Située à 10 minutes en voiture de la plage, 5 mins du centre ville et des commodités.
Cependant, gros bémol pour les nuisances sonores de la route derrière la maison. Le bruit ne s’entend pas de l’intérieur de la maison, mais une fois sur la terrasse, cela peut être dérangeant.
Mise à part ce point, nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa!

Séjour réussi dans un havre de paix
La maison est bien située, près du centre ville, dans un quartier calme, au bord de la rivière. Elle est très bien aménagée avec beaucoup de goût ce qui la rend très agréable à vivre. Quant au jardin il est arboré, sans doute fleuri (mais nous y étions en Février), paisible et très apprécié des écureuils.

Villa très agréable à Hossegor
Très jolie villa, très bien équipée, décoration design dans une ambiance très surf, literie très confortable. Agréable jardin avec de nombreuses attractions pour les enfants (balançoire, trampoline, piscine...). Cheminée ouverte, au top pour les jours de pluie. En conclusion, une maison très agréable en toute saison.
