Property need renovation for the price they charge. mainly the old smelly and stinky hallways, staircase and bathrooms in the room. Although they do everyday house keeping but still the stink is there. Front desk employee no so hospitable and felt like they are enforced to work. I hope the management focus on renovation and staff training etc.

There was black mold in the bathroom ceiling and on the air conditioning unit. They must have not cleaned the room very well because there was long black hair in between the sheets.

I requested accessible and expected a walkin shower. We got a tub about 18" high. I fell flat on the floor and hit my head on the wall getting out of the tub. Which is why i thought it meant a walk-in shower. If i had a walker or wheelchair i could not have gotten around in that room. Loretta Flicker

I booked this hotel for one night for my son at 10 pm, he missed the NY train and he had to stay somewhere at night and because he was 19, almost 20 they didn’t let him stay. their policy is that you have to be 21 years old.I called and asked to let him stay few hours. supervisor didn’t let him stay. other hotel wasn’t available , so he had yo stay at the train station.
