The hotel is a basic suite hotel. The staff is welcoming and accommodating and quick to address any issue - our thermostat needed a battery. There is a nice fitness room and free laundry, neither of which we used. The room had black out shades which kept out the sun. The bath towels were very fluffy and what one does not normally get with lower priced accommodations.

I'm a women I didn't appreciate the fact that they gave me a room right next to the front desk in the lobby and they were very noisy laughing and talking no curtains in just a thin see through shade in the window facing the parking lot. A man in his car the head lights coming through the window he could see in the room he stayed in front of the window with his head light on

Among the best customer service (every staff member from reception to cleaning staff) I have experienced. Suite was recently renovated since my stay four years ago. Spotlessly clean! Plenty of kitchen supplies, terrific bathroom, good size bedroom, comfy bed...better than many more expensive suite/extended stay hotels I have been to.
