Room has full of roaches…. Ran out the room front desk quickly changed my room to another but on the same floor but different hallway where we were met with more roaches but less than the first room at that point we checked out early. Stayed in this hotel for 2 months never had an issue but the 2nd floor has a serious infestation of roaches the whole floor needs to be fumigated and cleaned they were mostly coming from the dishwasher and under the fridge. Very disappointing loved the hotel and staff are some of the most friendliest people. Some grew to knew me by name and was always the most accommodating.

This is an older property that has been given a facelift, and it shows. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod was hanging on by a thread, the AC unit face would nit stay closed, and the fridge may have been older than I am. With that said, it was decently clean and the newer kitchen and desk facades looked nice. The front desk staff was fine, not overtly friendly but not rude either. They only give you two larger towels, which is not enough for two people since the smaller towels were all tiny and insufficient for wrapping up one’s hair. Also the hair dryer in our room didn’t work and we would have needed to wait for maintenance to arrive to get it resolved (instead of the front desk just being able to provide us with a working one). Although it wasn’t awful and is fine for a night or two, overall I would not choose to stay here again.

The room was shabby. The hallway smelled. The room smelled. Did not like the area it was in. I did not stay at the hotel. I went to the room and went back to the desk clerk and told her that I could not stay there. I was booked from December 24 to December 29th. I put on a request thru Expedia for a refund.
