Prior to arrival, my experience was only ok as I had trouble reaching them; however upon arrival, every staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great events and activities organized throughout the week to keep everyone entertained. Also good selection of food and wine. Location was also superb. They’ve got their own private beach that’s got the beautiful water and coral reefs and if you want to dive is also walkable.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen, lädt zum schnorcheln und Surfen ein. Sehr gute und viel gefragte Sportangebote. Traumhafter Sonnenuntergang an der Bar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch ist die Anlage schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das wird durch sehr gutes Essen, tolle Motto Abende und freundliches Personal voll ausgeglichen. Wir werde wieder kommen.

Der Robinson Club Soma Bay ist mit seinen 27 Jahren etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings hat der Club auch einen gewissen Charme und alle sind sehr bemüht den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir hatten ein Classic-Doppelzimmer (Sea Side) gebucht und das Zimmer 409 im Block D bekommen. Das Zimmer war riesig und ist super gelegen, wenn man Ruhe möchte. Einziger Nachteil ist der wenige Platz zum Verstauen der Kleidung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab eine kleine Kissenauswahl. Bei der großen Auswahl findet wirklich jeder etwas Leckeres zu essen. Es werden viele Gerichte schön auf Tellern angerichtet. Mittags gibt es das Essen immer im Strandrestaurant. Abends wechseln die Locations zw. Hauptrestaurant, Strand, Pool und Strandrestaurant. Am Empfang waren die Deutschkenntnisse teilweise nicht so gut. Die Guest Relation hat alle unsere Wünsche umgesetzt. Was mich im Vorhinein etwas geärgert hat, ist das niemand auf meine E-Mails reagiert hat und trotz Zusendung des Anreiseformulars nochmals die E-Mail Adresse und die Stars Mitgliedsnummern mitgeteilt werden mussten. Der Check In hätte durch eine gute Vorbereitung deutlich schneller erfolgen können. Das Reinigungspersonal und auch alle anderen Angestellten des Hotels waren sehr freundlich. Der Pool war perfekt für Aqua Fit Kurse aber nicht geeignet zum Bahnen schwimmen. Die Liegen hatten am Pool und am Strand Auflagen, was für Robinson untypisch ist und uns sehr gefallen hat. Das Event von Sabrina Lott war mega.

Wir sind als Familie mit einem 1 Jährigen Kind gereist. Zuerst das Positive: - Die Anlage ist traumhaft gelegen an der Bucht mit direktem Strandzugang und einem tollen Hausriff. - Das Personal ist so unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. - Gutes Essen mit guter Qualität. - Sehr gute Sauberkeit. - Gewohntes Robinson Sportprogramm. Kursangebot im Vergleich zu anderes Clubs jedoch reduziert. Negativ: - Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. - die Preise für alkoholische Getränke sind wirklich unverschämt. Z.B kostet ein Aperol Spritz umgerechnet 17€. - man muss mittlerweile fast für alles extra zahlen. Sei es Padeltennis oder der uralte Billardtische im Barbereich - für uns allerdings das Negativste war das übrige Publikum. Vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach nur Pech. Aber so etwas kinderunfreundliches habe ich noch nie bei Robinson erlebt. Wir wurden mehrfach blöd angemacht, weil unser Baby sich teilweise wie ein Baby verhalten hat (gequengelt, vor Freude gejuchzt, geweint). Man hat sich richtig unerwünscht gefühlt. Zudem sind mehrfach Leute beim Essen in einen reingelaufen oder haben einen angerempelt. So als wäre jeder etwas Besseres. Vor allem 50+. Robinson ist für uns eigentlich als Familienclub bekannt. Es gibt so viele Adults only Hotels mittlerweile, dass wir dieses Unverständnis gegenüber Babies/Kindern nicht nachvollziehen können. Insgesamt passt unserer Meinung nach das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen tolle Lage – aber insgesamt enttäuschend. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und bemüht – daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Auch die Lage direkt am Wasser ist wirklich wunderschön und verleiht dem Club seinen besonderen Charme. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass hier viele Kinder willkommen sind – wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird diese nicht immer finden und sollte sich nicht beschweren, oder sich ein adults only Hotel suchen!! Als Robinson-Reisende war ich dieses Mal jedoch insgesamt enttäuscht. Die Zusatzleistungen entsprechen längst nicht mehr dem Standard, den man von Robinson erwarten würde. Es gibt mittlerweile zahlreiche Alternativen, Angebot und Qualität deutlich überzeugender sind. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert und das Konzept überdacht werden.

Der Club braucht eine dringende Erneuerung. Er ist nun 20 Jahre alt. Alles war etwas heruntergekommen. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber mehrere Personen beklagten in diesem Urlaub Magen Darm Beschwerden. Es war noch keine Feriensaison, daher war es für Kleinkinder nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Der Robbyclub hat nur einmalig während der Zeit stattgefunden. Die Hotelgäste waren eher Kinder unfreundlich.

Die Anlage und der Stand sind nach wie vor wunderschön. Es ist ein toller Robinson-Club mit angenehmen Gästen in dem man eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Anlage in einem gepflegten Zustand. Leider hörte die Sauberkeit jedoch im Restaurant auf, was nach unserer Erfahrung nicht "Robinson-like" ist und uns massiv gestört und verärgert hat. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind verreist und mussten jeden Tag feststellen, dass die Babystühle durch die vorhandenen Vögel in den Restaurants mit Vogelkot verdreckt sind und vom Personal nicht gereinigt werden. Auch die "normalen" Stühle im Beachrestaurant und im Hauptrestaurant sind von den Vögeln oftmals verschmutzt. Wenn man hier nicht aufpasst hat man sich schnell die Kleidung verschmutzt, was uns leider mehrfach passiert ist. Des Weiteren haben die Vögel teilweise freien Zugang zum Essen und kosten ebenfalls von den leckeren Speisen. So wird regelmäßig das Gebäck am Frühstück angeknabbert oder von dem leckeren und nicht abgedeckten Müsli probiert. Dies ist in meinen Augen nicht sehr appetitlich und sollte dringend abgestellt werden.

Weitläufige Clubanlage, in der jeder die richtige Ecke für sich findet. Selbst am Strand hat man Platz. Der Sundowner mit Live DJ ist total schön.

Erfüllt den Robinson Standard. Im Vergleich zu anderen Clubs aber eher am unteren Ende. Anlage mit sehr wenig grün. Was in diesem Club sehr ausgeprägt ist, ist der Zwang beim Essen an den großen Gemeinschaftstischen zu sitzen. Leider sehr wenige 4er oder 6er Tische. Klingt banal, ist es aber nicht, wenn sich als Familie zum Reden gegenüber sitzen möchte und nicht zwangsläufig mit anderen Menschen reden möchte.

Gute Robinsonqualität. Badewetter Ende Janzar. Sehr gute Sportkurse und Service. Hohe Hygiene. Nach Schwächen muss man schon suchen. Beim Frühstück sind die Schlangen beim Kafffee zu lsng - ein Selfservice Cappu- Vollautomat wäre da sinnvoll. Das Essrn hat gute Qualitöt ist aber zu sehr durchgegart.Natürlich hohe Kunst bei 1000 Gästen aber dass es noch besser geht zeigt Nobilis Service an der Strandbar enorm gut und die Sauberkeit des Sandes stark. Eine Wasserzapfstation die durchgehend auf hat wäre eine Verbesserung. Es geht zwar auch mit der von 1230-1700 aber 24/7 wäre aus meiner Sicht eine Verbesserung. Starke Sportkurse bei Axel und co - Acquafit im 28 grad pool ebenso. Schön wären kurze strechting mobilty kurse zim cool down . 17301800 wie Im Nobilis optimal umgesetzt. Die Parties abends in der Bar waren ganz nett aber das Stimmungslevel rben auch nur nett. Fas gesamte Raumkonzept dort könnte man durch bessere Partybeleuchtung / Lichteffente Umplatzierung der Boxen und nettere Deko/Optik verbessern. Insgesamt Kritik auf hohem Niveau.Das Level hier muss man erstmal erreichen.
