The Neighborhood:
Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.

1) Beach access is currently available between Buildings 1 & 2 (please note the ramp is closed). Other access points remain closed for safety, but you’ll still enjoy beautiful ocean views and plenty of nearby activities.

The pool is a seasonal amenity.
Gym age limit is 16 years old.

• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
• Pool and Parking Passes are provided. Please note: A $35 replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned parking passes.

The place was great! People were super nice, pool was beautiful, beach was beautiful, weather was amazing. We loved the condo and it was perfect for what we were looking for. Very clean and organized. Maybe bring an extra food prep knife if you are cooking meals as there was only 1, but other than that, we would come back to this condo again and again!

May at the beach

Just loved this property, it was every thing it shows in the pictures. Very clean, updated style and comfortable. Great complex and ocean views. Only thing was there’s no television instructions or guide. Spent to much time trying to get it figured out and really never did.

Place was beautiful however we found cockroaches in the kitchen, hair in the shower, whiskers on the sink and the floors looked clean, but left our socks black.

Sweet oasis

Beautiful, clean.. extremely enjoyable The only snag was when our flight got canceled and we asked to stay another night, the communication confirming was not very clear until I saw the credit card charge. Definitely recommend staying.. the dolphins and pelicans were a bonus!
