After being fleeced by the taxi, we arrived at the hotel via a scrap yard, it lies in the shaddow of a multi storey carpark so we were really looking forward to this stay! At reception we are informed that the hotel is closed for a year. The breakdown in communication was down to Expedia

Everything was better than expected with just two small exceptions. 1) you get one bath towel which doesn’t really work if there’s two of you and 2) the shower gel dispenser in the shower was totally empty so I wonder how thoroughly they really clean and check things like that. BUT the room was great, the location was great and the price was great so all good really

Not Temrinal 5 but close

It isnt really Terminal 5 and you need a Cab to get there. Building works going on. Helpful staff trying to run to systems.
