Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist leider in keinem guten Pflegezustand. Das Parken unter dem Carport ist sehr angenehm, da sehr viel Nadelbäume auf dem Gelände stehen. Der Stühle vom Esstisch sind leider völlig abgewetzt. Die Sauberkeit im Küchenbereich war nicht ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen. Die Spüle war voller Kalkflecken und der Backofen, die Backbleche und das Ceranfeld waren fettig. Die Fenster waren auch nicht geputzt.
