One of the best built properties in Skenes Creek! Recently renovated, providing a modern, comfortable and immaculately presented home over two levels.

Comprising 4 spacious bedrooms, this unique property has incorporated modern classic styling with a touch of Edwardian charm.

A front sitting room, 3 downstairs bedrooms, (1 queen, 1 Double, 1 single, 1 bunk, 1 trundle) & sweeping timber staircase. A very large downstairs bathroom with claw-and-ball bath & separate shower. A laundry with new washer & dryer and additional wine fridge.

Climb the sun-drenched stairwell, featuring an expansive glass brick window that reaches high into the void. The landing and upstairs open-plan kitchen/living/dining areas encompass the entire building floor plan. The kitchen is fully appointed with quality appliances, oven & gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, grill, large fridge/freezer & ample cooking & dining utensils. A 10-seat dining suite is situated off the living space with a 7-seat Chase lounge, occassional chair & TV.

The property is beautifully designed & floor boarded throughout with lofted ceilings, presenting guests with an air of luxurious comfort.

The en-suited queen master bedroom with walk-in robes, leads off the main living/kitchen area. A large ocean fronted deck with outdoor furniture and hot plate BBQ extends from the living area and is supplemented by two other balconies. All three experience a different sun orientation and view. The ocean, beach, and Apollo Bay town views are enjoyed throughout the upper level.

Features include hardwood flooring, timber beams and timber windows throughout, open fire place, split system air conditioning & electric panel heating in all downstairs bedrooms, plus excellent storage throughout. The kitchen is also fully equipped to cater for all your cooking requirements.

This flat allotment has a lovely maintained, private rear garden & ample space to relax and unwind in style!

An outstanding home within walking distance of the beach and only an 8-minute drive to Apollo Bay township, restaurants & entertainment.

We were really looking forward to staying at this property over Easter and we were really disappointed for the amount we paid. The beds were very uncomfortable, there was no cover outside for our dog, no wifi, cobwebs in various rooms, one of the bins had rotten food in it and exterior doors had to be unlocked from the inside with the key, which posed a serious safety issue if there was a fire. I would not recommend this property for the price they charge, its not worth it.

The property was perfect for our extended family of ten. Was hoping for good beach weather but other than the beach there were other things to do in the area. Loved watching the koala in the backyard
