The accommodation is furnished with care and attention to detail, providing an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.The bright living area welcomes guests with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the main appliances and useful accessories to make your moments at the table enjoyable. A refined glass table will allow you to enjoy breakfasts and dinners in complete comfort, while the double sofa bed and the large flat-screen TV will offer you opportunities for relaxation.The night area has a spacious double bedroom and a second bedroom also with a double bed, both with direct access to the terrace overlooking the harbour: the ideal place to start the day with a lake view breakfast. The bathroom, with refined white and black marble cladding, is windowed and equipped with shower, toilet and bidet.Every room is equipped with air conditioning, the apartment also offers free Wi-Fi, a safe, and a convenient private garage. The brightness of the spaces is guaranteed by large French windows overlooking both the lake and the park with a swimming pool. Our guests can freely access the Sporting Club swimming pool from June to September, complete with sunbeds and services, with mandatory swimming cap.The location is perfect: a few steps away you will find the centre of Colombare di Sirmione, beaches and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect Town

The AC units were not working properly on the site. It was very hot. It was difficult contacting the manger. Also we did not access to pool. The blue tag did not work.
