Within the exclusive resort Residenza Caesar on the Sirmione peninsula, we offer this brand new flat on two levels. The flat offers a large private garden with beautiful terrace, dining table, relaxation area and built-in BBQ. Inside, you will find on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, bright dining area overlooking the garden and living room with TV and sofa. Also on the ground floor is the air-conditioned double bedroom with wardrobe and TV and the first bathroom with WC, Bidet and Shower. An internal staircase leads to the basement floor, which is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the bay windows. Here is a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an extra bed on request. Adjoining the bedroom is the flat's second bathroom, also with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin.

The flat at the Caesar Residence is very comfortable, also thanks to the fact that there is a double garage directly connected to the flat. The flat is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi, and free access to 2 pools at Caesar Resort, where there are also sunbeds. Lake Garda is just a few steps away, i.e. 50 metres from the flat's garden. It is possible to reach the historic centre of Sirmione on foot, as well as many restaurants, bars, beaches and shops.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. very nice, but the apartment is not luxury

Very good mattresses on the beds, but unfortunately the duvets had no duvet covers, which is not hygienic at all, and missing lamps aside the bed, i.e. no good light to read in bed. The sofa is for 2 people maximum (just enough for us, but if there are more people, they must sit on chairs to watch TV). However, TV had only italian channels. There is a Nespresso coffee machine which was not mentioned on the list, which was nice to have. Altogether the sanitary installations etc. are of very poor quality and broken things seem not to have been fixed since some time (long chairs for example, several things in the bathroom). The great plus is the garage which gives direct access to the apartment. The garden is very nice too and a quiet spot and the apartment is furnished with taste. We had a nice stay, but the above was not good enough.
