We had a great weekend stay for our early family Christmas!! Plenty of street parking especially after getting 5-6 inches of snow on our last day/night. Rooms were spacious and the layout was great! Loved the family room and living/dining room for our family activities too!! The host was great making sure our arrival and checkin went smoothly! Finally, had a few questions with checkout and they were right there to answer. Excellent customer service!!

Matt and Rachael were the best host. Our family was in town for a funeral and had reserved a different property when we’re were told two hours before check in that they would have move to a different property. The property was not a place for 3 small children and did not have hot water or clean bedding. We reached out to Matt and he agreed to allow us on less than 24 hour notice and with a very early check in (so we could be ready for the funeral on time) to stay at their property. Their home is perfect for large groups and very well stocked. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on future trips to Sioux Falls.

Great host and great home

The host was very accommodating and very easy to work with. He responded within minutes to any communication. He was very nice when my husband forgot a couple of interns at the property and arranged to get them back to us. I would recommend staying at this location in the future. I have two sons and they loved playing with the foosball table, mini golf set and the arcade game. Great spacious home and great central location for our family to stay in!!!

We had a great stay in Sioux Falls! The place was very clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to everything in town. Our group of 10 all had plenty of space and felt right at home.
