This hotel is in the process of getting updates and the whole 5th floor was under construction. We had a suite and was clean but could use some furniture updates as chairs were getting worn. I’m assuming with the hotel name change to The Caitlyn things will be updated with time.

It was so expensive to stay here. The hotel was nowhere near the standard I’d expect from Hilton. They’re going through renovations but the room was shabby, only one elevator worked, and the condition of the place was overall extremely disappointing.

We have had better stays here in the past. The noise outside the room kept us awake and woke us up early. The bed was quite uncomfortable as well. We love having the restaurant and also the Starbucks in the building so that is a draw. Please replace the mattresses!
