This lovely, recently renovated vacation villa in the sought-after resort town of Solanas is set on a private beach lane with direct access to the white sand and azure waters of Solanas beach.

The 3 bedroom vacation home includes a full kitchen, dining/living room area, fireplace, bathroom with shower and a terraced veranda - perfect for dining alfresco. Outside, guests can also enjoy the tropical gated garden, stone BBQ and convenient outdoor shower, ideal when returning from a day at the beach.

The property is part of a private and tranquil complex of neighboring beach side villas, each with reserved parking. Its proximity to the beach makes it a wonderful choice for both young families and couples alike.

Guests will find that it's only a short walk or drive to all services, including market, newsstand, pharmacy, park, pizzerias and the renowned Da Barbara restaurant. The beach of Solanas also offers a modern beach lounge, as well as a snack bar, umbrella & pedalo rental (in season).

Just 40 meters from the clearest bluest water and white sand beach this Solanas villa really was charming with elegant style. Surrounded by a gorgeous green hedge this dream villa met all of our needs. Discreet and private but ideally located. This gem has really enchanted us and we are already looking at rebooking!

Location is good, although you cannot see or hear the sea from the villa. The beach is spotless and was very quiet, as would be expected in April. Unfortunately almost everywhere in the locality was closed as we were there rather early in the season - it would be helpful to have this clarified in the villa information before booking. The villa itself had some teething problems with a leaking boiler and a couple of bathroom floods which the agent dealt with promptly. Our only reservation is that the living room seating is extremely limited - one two seater sofa, and early or late in the year it is not comfortable to sit outside on garden furniture all evening. The kitchen, although small, is well supplied with basic tools and equipment.

Deceiving, look carefully

We (4 adults) stayed 4 days and enjoyed our stay with much to see in the area. I would recommend that one look carefully before renting. Property is listed as 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Note that the outside shower (which wasn't working) is the second bath! Bedrooms are down, bathroom is up. Review says downstairs is cold and damp, it is! Also listed 2 queen size beds. Check the picture, this is two twins pushed together not a queen. Water pressure was very low. Pictures are very pretty but not what you see when you arrive. For instance, beds had sheets, no covers, no fancy pillows that you see in pictures. Outside patio area was very nice but also the only place for all of us to sit together or for meals. Beach was nice but we didn't spend much time there due to weather. Beach does not look suitable for small children. Drive from Cagliari is nearly an hour.

Lage perfekt aber alles dicht verbaut mit vielen Nachbarn. Der Garten ist aber uneinsichtig - alles bestens. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und bietet den ganzen Tag besten Schatten. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum perfekten Leben braucht. Super kurze Entfernung zum Strand. Minimalistischer PKW-Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung. Terrasse toll bis 4 Personen. Küche ist zu klein bei 4 Personen. Schlafräume im Keller sind groß und kühl ohne Klimaanlage. Platz zum Trocknen von Handtüchern usw. ist unzureichend, da abends die automatischen Berieselungsanlage die Handtücher auf der Leine wässert. Hört sich teils negativ an, aber das sind Verbesserungsvorschläge denn in Summe ist die Unterkunft toll, sauber und optimal zum Strand gelegen. Der Service vor Ort durch den Betreuer ist perfekt. Im Vorwege konnten mit dem Vermieter einfache Dinge nicht geklärt werden, was mit dem Betreuer vor Ort dann ganz einfach war. Wir würden wieder buchen!!

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr tolle Lage. Man ist in wenigen Schritten direkt am Meer. Der Aussenbereich ist schön. Man sollte jedoch so Buchen, dass man viel Zeit draussen verbringen kann. Es hat 3 Schlafzimmer im unteren Stockwerk. Der obere Stock mit Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein gehalten.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Wohnung. Super Lage direkt am Strand. Allerdings war in dieser Jahreszeit wenig los. Es hatten nur zwei Pizzerien auf. Zum nächsten größeren Ort waren es circa 10 km zu fahren. Wir wären vom 13. bis zum 25. Oktober hier. Zum nächsten Geschäft waren es auch 10 km zu fahren.

Garten und obere Etage gut - untere Etage schlecht

Der Aufenthalt war schön. Der Strand und das Meer sind wirklich nur einen Steinwurf entfernt und zumindest am Anfang der Saison sehr sauber. Das Haus ist klein aber bietet alles was man braucht. Der Garten und die Terrasse mit Esstisch sind besonders wertvoll. Die Küche und das Bad sind ebenfalls top für den Preis. Negativ fiel „nur“ die untere Etage auf in der sich die drei Schlafzimmer befinden. Im Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett gab es vor kurzem einen Wasserschaden, der bis jetzt nicht professionell repariert worden ist. Man hat versucht drüber zu malen aber der Putz fällt immer wieder ab und somit auch ins Bett. Des Weiteren sind die Schlafräume wirklich lieblos gestaltet. In jedem Gefängnis dieser Erde gibt es mehr Liebe zum Detail. Drei sehr karge Räume mit sehr weichen Matratzen. Zusätzlich war die bereitgestellte Bettwäsche noch mit leichten Flecken behaftet. Das sollte ebenfalls nicht sein. Fazit die Unterkunft kann man empfehlen, wenn man die untere Etage dabei ausblendet.

Schönes Ferienhaus 50m vom Strand

Wir hatten sehr schöne neun Tage mit unserer Familie in der Villla Girasole. 50m zum Strand und eine geräumige Unterkunft für 5 Personen - perfekt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unserer 5-köpfigen Familie. Die Bucht ist ein Traum und auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es tolle, flachabfallende Strände. Und es stimmt, es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Strand, absolut perfekt. Die Ausstatung der Wohnung lässt auch wenig Wünsche übrig, lediglich eine Klimaanlage wäre für die Sommermonate wünschenswert. Es war zudem alles sehr sauber. Die Vermietung, insbesondere Francesco, hatte kurze Antwortzeiten bei Fragen und war sehr freundlich. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!!

Schöne Auszeit!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt Anfang Mai in Solanas. Die Lage ist ruhig und wirklich nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Dort waren wir zu der Zeit fast allein. Eine neue Beachbar wurde gebaut. Schöner Garten mit Grill und schattige Terrasse.Wichtig zu wissen, dass Anfang Mai noch alle Restaurants in Solanas geschlossen haben. Mit einem Mietwagen waren wir in 20 Minuten in Villaisimius, wo wir gut einkaufen konnten. Auch hier waren noch die meisten Pizzarien geschlossen. Wer es also ruhig und fern vom Tourismus mag, ist in der Vorsaison und in dem Örtchen genau richtig. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen- auch in der Vorsaison!

Familiäres und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, wenige Schritte zum Strand, super zum Familien-Strandurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu allererst, zum Strand führt wirklich ein kleiner Privat-Fußweg, kann man durch den Sand super barfuß laufen, es sind bei uns 56 Schritte zum Strand gewesen. Am Strand gibt es zwei nähere Vermieter von Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, Vanity Beach und Whitebox, kostet beides je Tag für Schirm+2 Liegen um die 40 (!) Euro. Es gibt seeehr viel Platz für eigene Schirme und Stühle. In der Unterkunft selbst gab es einen Sonnenschirm, die man mitnehmen konnte und einige Strandstühle. Der Strand ist echt schön und sauber, das Wasser auch. Publikum sind meistens Italiener, einige wenige Franzosen und Deutsche. Meistens waren es Familien. Party Null, Zum Glück, dafür waren wir auch nicht da. Das Haus hat zwei Stockwerke, im Untergeschoss sind drei Zimmern mit 2+2+1 Bett und ein kleiner Abstellkammer. Oben sind Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und eine tolle überdachte und schattige Terrasse mit Holzmöbeln und mit einer großen Sitzecke. Die Terrasse fanden wir sehr gemütlich. Küche und Bad sind relativ modern gestaltet, schöner Boden. Alles sehr sauber. In der Küche gibt es ein Gasherd mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Mixer, kleiner Grillofen, italienische Espressomaschinen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Töpfe, Schlüsseln, Pfannen, Geschirr, Becher und Gläser, Teekanne, also alles, wenn man eine Kleinigkeit kochen möchte. Kaffee/Tee/Kakao und Öl von zu Hause mitnehmen ist eine gute Idee. In der Dusche ist zwar weniger Wasserdruck als bei uns, ist aber angenehm und warm. Wir haben ausreichend Handtücher bekommen. Strandtücher haben wir von zu Hause mitgenommen, das war auch gut so. Im Ferienhaus sind an jedem Fenster und an der Terrassentür hochwertige Fliegenschutznetze, das ist super, wir hatten so gut wie keine Mücken oder sonstiges Getier drin. Solanas selbst ist ein kleiner Ort. Man kann bei "da Roby" super Pizza bestellen, Bei der Metzgerei "Su Talleri" an Via Is Pranus gibt es alles mögliche, auch frische Lasagne (vegetarisch), überbackene Melanzane, Meeresfrüchte, auch selbsgemachte Süßigkeiten, das war immer super. Weiter an Via al Mare gibt es einen kleinen Tante Emma laden, mit Lebensmitteln und Haushaltsartikeln, größer und besser sortiert ist der Lebensmittelladen direkt neben dem Restaurant da Barbara an der via delle Azalee, ist zwar weiter weg, es gibt aber prima Käse und viel Auswahl. schöne Strandlage

nahe am Strand gelegenes, kleines Häuschen, abgesperrt in einem Areal von Urlaubshäuschen von den übrigen Strandgästen. Überschaulich klein, für vier bis fünf Personen ausreichend. Kühle Schlafzimmer im Keller. Smarte, unkomplizierte Übergabe mit dem Hausmanager Francesco. Geschirrspüler wäre echt schön, Abwasser riecht in der Dusche. Küchenausstattung könnte erneuert werden. Viele Hinterlassenschaften von den Vorgästen. Insgesamt schöne Bleibe für zwei Wochen. Haben uns aber für vier Tage auch ein luxuriöseres Hotel bei Pula gegönnt. Solanas ist eine herrliche Ecke Sardiniens.

Können wir weiterempfehlen

Die Nähe zum Strand war wunderbar. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl, da sie sich im Untergeschoss befinden. Insgesamt sehr schönes renoviertes Häuschen mit Garten zum Wohlfühlen.
