Front desk service was good. Check in was fuss free with the pre-check in done via online prior to arrival. Family room is a bit small with 4 adults in connecting room. Room Facilities are fine. Cold water, ice cubes, tea bags, instant coffee, cutlery are available at lift lobby. Vending machine with cup noodles and snacks and soft drinks at every level. Nice environment. Near imbiah train station and also bus stop. Can take free train to the Siloso or Palawan beach. Saw 3-4 peacocks around the Mess Building. A 7-11 convenience stall is located at the Mess Building. Overall a nice hotel. This is in fact my 3rd stay in last 10 years.

The check in was great as staff is super friendly and helpful. He gave many suggestions on what to do . And very clear in explanation on parking, using Sentosa express etc. Room is clean and view of the pool is great. This location is good with many amenities.
