The staff were very friendly and the common areas well-stocked. As the bathroom is quite small, it would be helpful if they added more hooks in there and around the room, as well as stock more toilet paper and tissues in the room.

The room was clean, and the hotel was located in a great vibrant neighborhood. There were a lot of facilities like filtered water and laundry. The only complaint I had is that the hot water pressure for the shower was very weak.

Amenities were average - whilst there was a kettle provided, there was no tea or coffee. Also the TV continually showed as weak connection and thus no channels were received. No bathroom amenities provided - no hand soap, no toothbrush.

Staff services are not very accommodating. Room sizes are small and tightly layout. Hallways are very narrow and many up & down steps. Even the bathroom has a very steep step up from the bedroom (approximately 10”).

Great Hotel!! Great location with easy access to MRT stations and Hawker Centers. Can be loud at night because of the Bars opposite. The staffs were attentive and helpful. We had a great time with our 4 nights stay.

This is one of the many boutique hotel rooms in Singapore- very small and the shower door does not fully close, I am not sure why this is but it has a sign saying "I do not close". There are no amenities in the room, you have to ask at reception but this doesn't mean they will send to you. The bed is very high, it is quite strange. The entire room, the decor and the layout makes it seem like a prison. I have stayed here 3 times now as it is on the cheaper side for Singapore. The area is convenient. I could no stay more than one night here.

Our room didn’t have a single window. At night if you shut off the lights it turns the outlet power off as well, we were not able to charge our phones overnight. The bathroom is tiny and we didn’t get hand soap for the sink. We booked standard room and it’s a size of a dorm room, but without any windows. There was dust everywhere, we could see it floating in the air by the lights.

I had a wonderful two night stay at Kesa House. It is conveniently located for the MRT from Changi to the hotel. There are a lot of hawker centers within 10 min walk and a great base to explore Chinatown with all the art murals. I was impressed by the friendliness of all staff that I encountered. A special shout out to Sanjay who checked me out on Saturday Oct 11. He not only stored my luggage but also gave me a lovely teacup and tote to remember my SG vacation. Very nice of him as it I left the hotel with a big smile.

Great for a quick stay in Singapore with convenient access to various dining options including hawkers and high end restaurants. The room was clean and cute. Great for a single traveler or a couple. You can also leave your luggage at the counter if your flight is late in the day and the 2nd floor lounge is super cute for a coffee break and light snack. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. This is a great place if you simply need a place to sleep and are wanting to be close to amenities. It can be a little bit loud due to the proximity to businesses, but they mention that in their website. An easy fix was white noise at night. Overall very clean and all you need to enjoy Singapore.
