This beautiful and cosy house consists of one floor and a mezzanine.



On the ground floor is the kitchen with the living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

The second room for the third guest is located in the mezzanine.



Precious outdoor area, with terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture so that they can enjoy the good weather characteristic of Mallorca.



There is an air conditioning unit in the kitchen - living room.

The house operates with solar panels.



Perfect location to reach any corner of the island.



IMPORTANT:

Kommen gerne wieder.

Für Personen, welche die Abgeschiedenheit mögen einfach perfekt. Tipptopp sauber und das Notwendigste vorhanden. Mit einem Mietwagen bleibt man flexibel. Wir haben es genossen zu chillen, lesen und im Pool zu baden. Die Betten waren top und das ganze Haus tipptopp sauber. Kommen gerne wieder.

Angenehm ruhige Finca ideal für Paare

Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen und funktional ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool hat eine ausreichende Größe und war ebenfalls tiptop sauber. An- und Abreise waren sehr unkompliziert. Einige Einrichtungen sind etwas abgewohnt und sollten außerhalb der Saison wieder in Ordnung gebracht werden (Küchenschubladen, Strohmatten auf der Pergola, schleifende Holztüren). Das Schlafzimmer scheint von einem Ameisennest unterwandert zu sein, sodass immer mal wieder Ameisen auf dem Boden zu finden sind. Ideal wäre es, wenn man in der Küche zumindest einige wenige haltbare Zutaten wie Salz und Öl vorfinden würde.

Das Haus / Finca könnte sehr schön sein! Aber fange mal außen an , Sperrmüll stand an der Toreinfahrt , die Terrasse war nicht sauber , in den beten wahren Zigarrenten , Dosenklips , Plastik Röhrchen , kabelbinder , Unkraut habe ich raus gezogen , für die Gartenliegen waren ohne Polster auf dem Bild waren welche , gartenlouch war ohne Polster waren aber auf dem Bild , Pool wurde in den drei Wochen nicht einmal gesaugt oder DEI wehrte gemessen , Pool Wasser wahr bei Ankunft auf Minimum das ich erst mal Wasser nachfüllen musste , der Sonnenschirm war kaputt wäscheständer war kaputt ( wurde aber ersetzt nach einem Anruf . So jetzt geht es in das Haus , im Bad war der klopappierhalter aus der Wand gerissen und in die Schublade gelegt . Küchen Ausstattung miserabel , das wir noch was dazu kaufen mussten . Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben . Haben uns erholt würden das Haus / Finca nicht noch mal mieten .

Sehr niedliches Haus

Ein sehr niedliches Haus fernab des Massentourismus. Wer nicht zu viel Wert auf Luxus legt und einfach nur entspannen möchte hat in dieser kleinen Finca die perfekte Möglichkeit. Weit und breit keine lauten Nachbarn oder Straßen. Mietwagen ist aber unbedingt notwendig um Einkäufe und Ausflüge zu erledigen/ zu machen

Nice house next to a lovely town but in full privacy. Perfect for two but maybe too small for four. Equipped with only the basic furniture. Nice garden to sun bath and a swimming pool in the garden.

Schönes Haus und schön zum entspannen in der Mitte der Insel

Schöne Finca, sehr abgelegen und dadurch auch sehr schöne Privatsphäre. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Leider waren keine Verbrauchsgüter wie Müllbeutel, Salz, Öl, Kaffeefilter usw vorhanden. Die Stromversorgung hat bei uns nachts anfangs ausgesetzt, was dann dazu führte, dass kein Licht, Wasser und Kühlschrank zur Verfügung stand. Alles in allem aber ein schönes Haus und schön zum entspannen in der Mitte der Insel.

A small private house with garden, terrace and pool with lovely view, but it is very landscape as it is in a rural area and basically in a field, and consequently there is a lot of wildlife!!!
