The unit is very safe and quiet and close to everything. 4 miles from university of guam and about 10 minutes from the beach, agana shopping center, chamorro village, restaurants, shopping, and more.. Perfect unit for family, singles, just about anyone.

Filled the job

The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues. Property felt safe.
