Nice resort but you show picture of property by ocean but we get room up the hill in first floor (basement) with 10 foot wall right in front of our room. The worst room location on entire property.

Conveniently located, Great security, ample parking, Variety of pools, Casino on property, Variety of restaurants and a great sports bar. Beach Bar.

The beach and the staff there were super the rooms were kept clean

Property had an awesome pool. The area seemed safe. I enjoyed the shuttle service.

I really liked my room. Was clean. Very large. The bed was firm just like mine at home. Had an ocean view. I think it was a very good value for the money. I had a rental car so got to explore and didn't have to worry about taxis or riding the bus.

The pools are in perfect shape, the staff provided excellent customer service. The landscaping is gorgeous. Access to the beach is easy and fast. It was a great choice to stay at the Simpson Bay resort.

Love the location. Clean well maintained property!

Slippery floor tiles---must be replaced. Very dangerous when walking around the property. Even though I was very careful to observe the "Danger: Slippery when wet" signs, I fell. Take heed: perhaps placement of more rubber strips on floor tiles might help--- if not replacement with stones or cement.

Property is located close to everything. There are many restaurants on premises although more American and Mexican cuisine then before the hurricane when you can get really good local food decently priced. Beach is nice and clean. There is a casino as well as a supermarket on resort grounds. Many pools to dip in. The room was spacious and comfortable Shuttle service to and from different parts of the resorts and onto the main roads. Friendly staff. Only issue is the toilet bowl is way too close to the sink. Hit my elbow a few times on there.

Great view of sxm. Terrible wifi and had to pay next to everything.

I liked the many pools and areas. The staff at the beach bar could have been friendlier. Room service was great, reasonably priced and fast.

This is a fine property with a very accommodating staff, my only disappointment was the charge for the gym/health facility.
