pelican beach in a quiet spot

great location..quiet..secure. close to dining,beach... very nice place, only bad thing is I think it was overpriced, it's a condo not a resort.

Beautiful and quiet place to relax

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment complex. Nestled in a small gated compound very close to the water, the apartment I stayed in was very clean and perfect for a couple. The only small issue I had was the toilet not working very well, but that was fixed quickly. The area is very quiet and the kitchen with its new appliances more than capable of making very tasty home cooked meals. Every apartment has a parking space. Considering the location, I highly recommend a rental car. I eagerly look forward to coming back here again and enjoying Sint Maarten.

Quiet location close to restaurants and beach

Recommend the Blue pelican for anyone looking for a quiet location within walking distance of many good restaurants and the beach. Facilities are perfect. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer. Bedroom is on the second floor with a balcony. Large shower and dressing room. Lots of closet space. Everything is modern and very clean. There is a small shared pool which is nice to cool off in if you don't feel like heading to the beach or before going out for supper. If you don't like resorts and crowds, and like to fix your own breakfast and snacks, this place is perfect. Felt secluded. Nathalie, the property manager was available if we needed her, but really everything was taken care of. There is a small market close by and a larger grocery in town which has anything you will need. Nice vacation spot.

Great experience

We had a great time as a family at this property. I thought when I booked that the pool would be too small, but found it to be perfect for an after the beach dip. Natalie (the caretaker) was excellent and very friendly. Her daughter Charlie and my daughter became fast friends. The property was very clean and the landscaping was well groomed and beautiful.
