Edward's place was perfect for our SXM vacation. You can see the beautiful waters from the moment you enter the property, with gorgeous views of Simpson Bay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. The condo provided great access to everything around Simpson Bay and we enjoyed walking around the town. The condo also has underground garage parking, which was great for storing our rental car while on island. Edward was extremely responsive to any questions we had and addressed everything in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting to vacation in St. Maarten!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. I would transport this place to every single vacation destination if I could! The layout and location are excellent, and fixtures and amenities in the apt are all top notch. The kitchen comes well equipped and we actually cooked several meals, and we spent most of our time on the balcony soaking in the gorgeous scenery. The location is very convenient to restaurants and the marina where tons of tourist excursions pick up, and the closest grocery store is a quick drive down the road. The host, Edward, provided all necessary info for arrival and departure and was easy to contact during the trip. The parking garage made it easy to have a rental car. I would 1000% stay here again on our next trip to St Martin!
