The hotel has been updated significantly since our last stay. Numerous restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Only complaint is that the dance club that is between Atrium and Royal Palm is so loud. They play their music and bass sound so loud at times you can feel it vibrating in the room. If you want quiet at night stay somewhere else.
The staff was helpful and friendly, amazingly based on the rudeness of some of the people staying there. This is an older property but so very convenient. Good service Typical fighting with old people that get up at 6 am to reserve beach chairs and then don't show up until noon. But that is most resorts. Deal with it Compared to most places lots of services and close to everything.
I love this property. Have stayed at many hotel in Simpson Bay Area and Atrium is my overall favorite. Rooms are clean, felt safe, staff is great, parking is amazing. Highly Recommend
As usual the Front Desk Service was SUPER. However I was hoping there would have been some tea or coffee in the room.
Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Nice pool and beach access.
For the price, it was a really nice place to stay. The staff was nice and I have nothing negative to say. Well there was one, but not sure if it can be helped. The pool was kind of murky, but why go to the pool when the beach was right there. Overall I would stay there again.
The location was amazing. Very close to everything. The property was very clean except for the bathroom. The toilet was very dirty and the tub was very rusted. The staff wasn’t welcoming at all with a smile.
Liked proximity to beach and local restaurants. Easy to get a beach lounge. View overlooking vacant lot wasn’t great but overall experience very, very good
Atrium Resort is in a good location with easy access to both beaches and the airport. Room was clean and all worked well. No issues.
The worst. We spent three plus days with no electricity although all other guests had it. They refused to move us to a room that wasn't damaged. Our bathroom ceiling caved in and water was dripping from the ceilings
The front reception ladies are friendly and very helpful. Always greeted with a smile and a good morning,afternoon or evening. Couldn't have been happier with our choice. They have really upgraded the rooms from the last time we stayed many years ago . Would consider a return visit here at the Atrium . Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful time .
