Ryan is an amazing host. Easy to reach out to, great with getting back to you and making sure things are right, and he will show up for you if you have a concern or confusion about a situation with the property. Fantastic gem in a quiet neighborhood. We were here for 3 days and the property met or exceeded our expectations in every way. Very clean, attractively decorated, and ultra-comfortable. Bed was comfy, pillows were plump, towels were soft and smelled so good. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, there was coffee provided, and full cooking options were available in our room. I don’t have a single negative. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Simi.
