Nice open concept made for great family interactions! We enjoyed the hot tub and walkable neighborhood. Anything we needed at the house was taken care of promptly and courteously. We enjoyed our stay.

Great space for 10+

We enjoyed our stay. The main living space was large and the large dining room table was awesome for our group of 10 to have dinner together as well as play games. Plenty of space for everyone to play together or to go off on their own. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the home and being secluded up on the mountain is just what we were looking for. 9100 feet altitude took a day or so to acclimate.

Great location and lots of space

Overall a great stay in a great location with a lot of space. Some small things could've been improved (e.g. there wasn't much hand soap, there weren't any spices really other than a bit of salt and pepper, and we ran out of pepper, etc) but overall those are small potatoes in the scheme of a great stay for 10 days!

We really enjoyed our stay! We rented the house for our son’s wedding in the area. Had many deer lounging in the yard and a moose walked through! The photos were accurate and it accommodated our family well. Some areas in the kitchen could have been cleaner and more organized but we had a fabulous time. Loved the large open space of the living room and dining room. Fireplaces were a plus too! Thank you for sharing your home!

Fantastic Family Retreat

Property met all of our expectations. It was a timber frame construction with the same layout and size of our lake home in Spooner Wisconsin however ours is a log construction. The quietness and spaciousness helped us manage our time together and augmented our recovery after a great 5 days on the slopes.

Family Vacation

We have been coming to Summit County with extended family the past 20 years and have rented homes in Frisco, Dillon and Breckenridge. This trip was immediate family only so we had a little more flexibility about where to stay and the size of the house required. Bottom line, we couldn't have been happier with the house and location. Three Peaks offers the privacy and views we were looking for and the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen, great room and deck were ideal for family gatherings and the hot tub was put to good use.
