The location of the property was great. We met family for dinner at the corner pub the second night and it was nice to be able to walk there.

Great location for catching a bus to the Metro and heading downtown. Also, nearby eating establishments and groceries added to our enjoyment of staying in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything was spic and span. Facility was great. Fully supplied with everything we needed. Couple times had to go around the block to park, but that was minimal.

Nice place, very clean

It was a nice little place in a good neighborhood, the sushi restaurant, bakery, and pub in walking distance were all great. The host left some snacks and coffee for us which was very nice.

Nice space and location

The apartment has plenty of living space. It's a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and EV charging (levels 2 and 3), yet the neighborhood is pretty and quiet.

Great little basement apartment! Close to everything we needed to get to (Washington DC & University of Maryland) Very, very clean! Within walking distance to restaurants. Left complimentary water bottles and snacks. Due to it being a basement apartment, you could hear people on the first floor, but that is to be expected and wouldn't deter us from staying there again! Highly recommend!

Cozy Studio

We had an amazing and comfortable stay. It was a nice surprise to walk-in to warm studio with snacks after being outside in 19 degree weather. The studio is perfectly located around lots of restaurants and amenities. I would definitely stay here again! Also thank you for allowing us a late check out.

Comfortable and Has Everything You Could Need

Spotlessly clean place. Apt. Is fully equipped as described with more. Comfortable bed, nice shower, great kitchen and plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again. One small drawback is some noise from upstairs.

All around great experience, the host was always prompt and helpful in communication. When we left a very important item in the apartment, she found it before we even noticed it was missing, and she took careful measures to get it shipped back to us. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended!

Extended Stay in Silver Spring MD

The apartment is as pictured and described. The apartment is a converted basement - it is well lit, clean, and met all of my needs during my extended stay. It is in a convenient location, close to major highways and stores. The host (Khatuna) was very accommodating and responsive. The on-street parking was convenient.

A one bedroom basemant apartment. SepRate entrance in single family home. Quiet neighborhood. One large room with couch and 4 person dining table with small but adequate kitchen. Separate bedroom. Washer/dryer is nice addition
