Summary:

Welcome to the ultimate Siloam Springs getaway, where modern comfort meets Southern hospitality! Just steps away from downtown, this stylish home is your perfect retreat equipped with a salt water pool & indoor shuffleboard. It features all new stylish furnishings, throughout, high end linens, a full size indoor shuffle board table, huge deck and plenty of parking. Plus, an optional 700 sq. ft guesthouse with an additional private bedroom w/ Queen size bed, walk in shower and open concept



The Space:

Pool is private to the property, but may be shared with other guests if the guesthouse isn’t booked/ reserved with main house. Guesthouse rents for approximately $100 per night to reserve, plus $75 cleaning fee if used. There is a reservation sheet at the gate to reserve private swimming time. Pool is typically open mid April- Early October depending on weather/ the seasons changing.

This is a beautiful property in a wonderful location. Our family came in to visit relatives in the area. It meet our needs perfectly. We loved being in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. I don't usually write reviews, but this stay was outstanding. The home and associated guesthouse are adorable and contain everything that you could possibly need. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was there. Outdoor area was delightful. Within walking distance to main street shops.

Nice home close to JBU

Our family of 4 stayed here while my daughter was at orientation at JBU. It is only about 5 minutes to campus. House was comfortable and clean. We didn't cook so i can't review how well the kitchen is stocked. It is an older home but it has been nicely renovated.

A great success!

Decca's Oasis is not only a roomy home, but a very comfortable. There were 10 in our party and with both the home and guesthouse, we were able to visit with the 89 year old birthday boy who lives in Siloam Springs without ever feeling cramped. Plenty of seating. Todd is a great host! We needed a ramp available for our 3 elders who have walkers and he went the extra mile to get one installed. That was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked and made cooking a breeze. We had 6 vehicles and there was plenty of parking. We would glady stay there again.
