Close proximity to Santa Clara University, safe and walkable
The only con is the location ( right next to the train and the Santa Clara school) All the rest was very poor, bed, air system and service. We stay here for 3 nights and we could not get room service or clean towels.

I like the convenience of the property, but I’m surprise that you have to pay for parking.

This was a great hotel to stay at. It was in a safe environment and they provided easy access to all the locations I needed to be at. The only thing that surprised me was the charge for the car park.
Coffee is nasty and the shower was the worst experience
I like that there was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I like that there was a DVD player and they had variety of movie selection. I did NOT like how the bed sheets were filthy. There was strands of hair inside my bed sheets and dust on the desk.
This is a very nice hotel in a location that is incredibly convenient to Santa Clara University.
Clean, friendly, parking is great, best place for me to stay when visiting my child who is a student at Santa Clara University
super close to caltrain station. This is a pretty good hotel to stay at if you are on a business trip

There is an obvious odor from the moment you step into the lobby, all through the halls and in the rooms (some stronger than others as I went in my sister's room and didn't notice as much as in my room#. I don't know if it is from cleanser, trying to get another odor out, system wide air freshener #which I don't use fresheners or other fragrance sprays at my home so may be sensitive to it). the room was clean and well layed out, the location was ideal. After you get used to the odor it isn't offensive so would stay there again.
Nice area near Santa Clara University. Starbucks is very close. Nice accomodations but couldn't sleep well due to the trains. Nice little fitness area. Liked the free DVD rentals. Very convienent if your taking the train. But bring ear plugs.

Catiana,I am sorry that your stay didn't meet your satisfaction. We are limited service hotel and provide cleaning every seven days. Clean and fresh towels are always available at the front desk upon request.
