Accessible room was great for my elderly mom with railings and toilet grab bars and fold down shower seat and big spacious room and a great location on El Camino near restaurants and gas and shopping

Doors had light shinning from outside. Toilet flooded, staff was not helpful with getting towels or plunger. I had to clean up the mess myself. I didn’t expect them to clean it but at least to bring the towels and plunger to the room. I had to go get them from the front. Woke up this morning and there was a roach on the desk.
