Had a really great time. Hotel was awesome and I loved that it was not far from the 49er's stadium.

We missed our first day of stay. We informed the hotel via message, and got no response. And when we were checking in, the stuff told us that they already invalidate my stay, and then he tried to look up for a room for us as a favor to us. and then he found one on the 3rd floor next to the gym. However, when I was booking, I requested a room for four with queen size beds, however, the one he provided is a full size bed, we were all cramped into two full size beds. This is horrible. But we were tired and didn't want to argue with the rude reception guy. The clerk served us during our check out time was fine. With all these harassment, we didn't get any refund of our first day even after orbitz called for us.

Did not like that had to pay for parking. It should be free for all guests

I liked how every time I stay here, I always have a good view of Santa Clara.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the young lady who checked us in, she was wonderful. No better way to start a visit then with getting your expectations exceeded right from the start. Room was very clean and comfortable, shower pressure was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are very uncomfortable, however; they are nearing the end of their useful lives I think. The worst part is the food. Very average quality for fine dining prices. Eat somewhere else for a quarter the price and much better selection and execution.

Better than many in the area. Wish they included breakfast.

U stay for room bottomline... instayed at 923 and the room has no storage for cloths etc I mean who designed the room.. hyaat shd really look into it No storage for cloths or suits etc Better off staying at hilton across the street.. if room is bad who cares abt anything else

Rooms were fine. Nothing special. It would be nice if the staff behind the check-in desk were friendly. It’s an effort for them to pick up their heads from the computer. No conversation. Nothing.

Lobby was really tired looking and dirty. They are apparently planning and renovation but in the meantime I say, keep it clean. There was also a hum all night in our Room #1221. It sounded mechanical between the walls. Kept us up. Staff was very friendly. Room service, no one answered the phone...had to call front desk.

We received a warm welcome at the middle of the night. The staff explained everything before we left the desk. The place looked quiet and peaceful. The room was spectacular and we enjoyed the sleep.

Nice hotel that is walking distance to Levi Stadium. Lobby bar has a good selection of draft beers and you can order food from both restaurants while sitting in the bar.

Great location..................................................

It was okay. Nothing spectacular but friendly staff pleasant. Parking easy

I love this place and stay here almost every year for a convention, but the main takeaway from this trip was how god-awful the hotel's breakfast buffet was... paid $60 for the two of us to have breakfast on Saturday and the food was barely edible. French toast was stone cold and most else was barely warm. They need to invest in a better serving/warming system that keeps the food to temperature. It was 9am, so no excuse for the food to be cold. Especially not at the prices they are charging. Worse than some complimentary buffets. There was smothered chicken with a cream-based sauce that was sitting out, not heated, which is a health hazard. Hot food needs to be kept at 140 degrees or bacteria can grow. This is how people get sick. Syrup server was also empty and there was no milk on the cereal station. Just lazy, poor service. Grossly overpriced for the experince. I ended up paying $30 for a few slices of bacon and a spoonful of scrambled eggs as everything save the fruit was essentially inedible.

Staff there are friendly and efficient. Room is spacious and clean.

We booked a last minute family overnight close to Great America. The hotel was great, and the outdoor heated pool and hot tub were much larger than most hotels.
