Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. Este atractivo de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños villa es 1000 sq. Ft. Dispone de una gran sala de estar, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, todos los electrodomésticos, terraza seleccionados. Es 1000 sq. Ft. La unidad cuenta con un rey, 2 gemelos, sofá cama. Dispone de 3 tv, dvd, equipo de música y aparcamiento cubierto. Hay wi-fi en la unidad! Island House se encuentra en una de las partes más anchas de una de las playas más hermosas de la florida central. Se trata de una distancia muy corta para el agua. Este atractivo complejo cuenta con 2 cabañas de playa, sillas de playa. Hay una gran piscina climatizada, sala de juegos con billar, ping pong, air hockey. We were super comfortable here, the villa was cozy but plenty of room for family of 4. Only a couple minutes walk to the beach!

Siesta getaway

Pros- The beach was just a short walk from our villa and not too crowded. The neighborhood was quiet at night. Cons- The showers could use some updating and the couches look dirty.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the fan in the bathroom was missing. When it was put back the maintenance man left a mess. The fan shot out dust the entire week. The toilets would not flush completely. The house is dated except for the kitchen. The access to the beach is second to none and that made up for the short comings of the rental.
