The room, staff, and service were just exceptional. I had a small medical emergency while in Siem Reap and had to stay an extra ten days. I couldn't have choosen a better place.

Sizen is in a beautiful location and is a beautiful facility. I have stayed here twice and would go back. The staff are always helpful. The only drawback is that the local taxi drivers dont know it by the new name. They still think of it as Boran.

The location was perfect for us. It's close enough to walk to the city centre if we wanted (15-20 minutes) but not right on a main road so it was very peaceful and quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good but it only had western food. I wish it had Thai breakfast food.The pool is small but very clean and a beautiful quiet place to relax between trips to see the temple.

Please let the guests be more freedom and independently. We don’t want to be questioning who’s comes ana goes visiting our room etc. My advice is don’t be noisy, and we’ll come back to stay again and again. And we will Even referring to our friends to come give you business

Wonderful place, great location.

This place is awesome. The staff are friendly and very attentive. They changed as requested with no issues what soever. Their hotel has a wonderful layout, beautiful pool and great breaksfast. It is within walking distance of the central business district and riverfront restaurants, night market etc. However, they always have a tuk tuk driver standing bye on their property ready to whisk you off to wherever you wish. I would often tuk tuk somewhere and walk back.

Oasis in the middle of the city

We booked this hotel as one of our friends was staying there. We were pleasantly surprised, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was a slight mix up with the free airport transfer which didn’t happen either way - however this cost us 10$ in total. The rooms were comfortable and clean sadly our electric shower as cold however in 30deg heat not a major issue. We ate there one night which was good and had breakfast each day which was very good value. I’d definitely stay their again if I was to return to Siem Reap.

Avoid.

It all started with a botched airport pickup. Even tho I had called the day before and given them my name, time of arrival and flight #. No one was there. I saw someone with the hotel name on a sign (to pickup someone else) and hitched a ride, after 20m of waiting. (Please note - the "airport shuttle" is an old tuktuk driven by someone who doesn't know a word of English) On arrival - they gave me a first floor room (despite my request otherwise). They changed my room. No safe in room. So they changed it again. No A/C in room. So they changed it again. Front desk service is atrocious. They would ignore me for 10m at breakfast (serving others) - until I had to get up and ask for service. I would go in for simple requests (water, wifi) - and would be standing there for minutes before they stopped chatting and asked me. Wifi is spotty at best. Available in the central lobby/cottage area only. Location is pretty bad. Down a really really dark unpaved road. About 20-25m walk from town. $2 tuktuk ride each way - if you can get it. After 2 days - I think they gave up on even pretending to be polite. Probably realized they were getting a bad review anyway. One positive - their night manager and all-around helpful guy Sokhethit. He planned my itineraries, got me the drivers, took me shopping, carried all my stuff from room to room. If you have to stay here - talk to him for help.

Tranquil boutique hotel, good service, nice brkfst

Small, quiet place with good staff. Spacious room with AC & fan. Good wifi. Private patio/balcony for each room has a ceiling fan; use it to keep down on gnats & mosquitos. Down a rutted, muddy alley from a main road, so it's out of traffic, noise, etc, but close to everything except restaurants. They serve a nice breakfast, but lunch-dinner is limited.

An Absolute Gem in an Edenic Garden

Tucked away from the more touristy joints, but within 15 minutes walk to them, is this lush, glorious little hotel. The hospitality is the warmest and kindest I've experienced in my ten stop travels through Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia. The inclusive breakfast is delicious and the deep tissue massage realigns you with the world. Rooms are earthy, organic, yet posh and gorgeously designed. Try the Khmer style dipper shower from a beautiful clay tank in your bathroom. After a hot sweaty day, it's a godsend. The pool amidst the lush gardens is sublime and makes this place a genuine retreat. A sauna is being built. Sorry I missed that but I'm sure to return. The service is unparalleled in its kindness and gentility. I've never met nicer people. Wish they could teach Donald Trump how to be a better human being. I'm delighted to give this place my highest recommendation.

Great location and really enjoyed my stay here. Great touches like the complimentary drink and snacks on arrival as well as the complimentary full body massage. All the staff were incredibly professional, polite and helpful at all times.

Good hotel

Loved the Khmer style bath - was so refreshing after a hot day. Room was spotless and very comfy bed. The staff were fantastic, always smiling and very friendly. Next time I'd probably stay a bit closer to the main centre as I was travelling alone and I got a bit hounded by the men on motorbikes.
