Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hotel, anywhere. From the moment we arrived the entire team didn’t just make us feel welcome, they made us feel special; they went to extraordinary lengths (room upgrade, massage vouchers, free lunches, they even Socrates our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary). The hotel itself is a lovely sanctuary in the heart of Siem Reap, but it was the service and friendliness of the entire team that truly made this a stay we will never forget!

From the moment we arrived at Golden Temple Boutique, we were treated with warmth and care by every member of the team. Victoria reached out shortly after we booked to offer help and local recommendations — from restaurants to cultural shows — and made us feel right at home even before we got there. She also helped us arrange a private van from Sihanoukville Pier to the hotel. The driver was professional, spoke both English and Khmer, and the van was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned — perfect for our group of six and all our luggage. The hospitality didn’t stop there. The front desk staff helped us make reservations at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever experienced. The rooms were spotless, cool, and incredibly comfortable. They even packed us to-go breakfast boxes for our 5am Angkor Wat tour, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of our favorite experiences was the traditional Apsara dinner performance right at the hotel — delicious food and a beautiful show, all for an extremely reasonable price. Golden Temple Boutique made our family vacation to Siem Reap truly unforgettable. We can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a stay that goes above and beyond.

My wife and I are having a Southeast Asia trip and this property has been the best out of 6 hotels we have stayed in so far. The staff are beyond great human beings you can just feel their kind energy all around the hotel. I normally don’t use the swimming pools at hotels, but it was impossible no to swim in this gorgeous swimming pool. The Spa area was fantastic, best massage ever. Food was delicious and they helped us arranging airport pick up and tours. 10/10

Out of this world service! Every single one of the staff members went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable and memorable. We got a room upgrade, a free bottle of wine, a free lunch and a free dinner at two Fine dining restaurants with transportation included, and a free spa massage during check in, for a price that we couldn't wrap our heads around (comparable to fraction of a dinner for two at a mediocre restaurant back home). The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Drinking water is provided. Breakfast is delicious, abundant and varied, with both, local and international options to choose from, and they even had a vegetarian menu with no extra charge. The typical dance show was very nice to watch. You can see the stories behind and how the movements of the dancers connect with their culture and way of living. I could go on and on sharing many details, but it will make my review boring 😉 Special shout out to: Nary, Theary, Vyctoria, Yuth, our tuk-tuk driver Seth, our taxi transfer driver Preng (a.k.a James Bond 😅), my massage lady Song, all the breakfast staff, and really everyone during our stay. Highly recommend the Khmer Journey massage by the way 👌

This place is amazing!! We pulled up and it didn’t even look like a hotel. We were greeted immediately. This hotel outshined all the hotels we stayed in Cambodia and we stayed at a lot. The staff was amazing. Each and everyone of them. They gave us our welcome drink and checked us in and went over everything.I let them know that I would be celebrating my birthday ahead of time and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! They set the room up so beautifully and they even came to my room and sang Happy Birthday. That was such a surprise! I just happened to have my phone in my hand when they rang the doorbell because I thought they were bringing the luggage in and when I opened the door, they stood there singing Happy Birthday to me with a fruit cake. I was touched!! With VIP, we were given a bottle of wine. The open bathroom was unusual but workable. Our room also came with a bathtub, although we didn’t use it. I loved that we could sit on the balcony and have a drink or sit on the sofa and just relax. The TV worked and I was able to watch YouTube or Netflix when not out on the bustling amazing Streets of Siem Reap. We dined in the restaurant a couple times. Service was great, the food and drinks were just okay, but it didn’t take away from our experience. Our only disappointment was we wanted to stay an extra night, but the cost was more per night than we had already paid so we decided to go somewhere else. Other than that, we had a marvelous time at Golden Temple.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. We noticed that most of the other good hotels are on the edge of town, whereas this is very well located in the centre. We liked the room (a large size) the bathroom (very modern) and the balcony. The breakfast and spa and pool were very good too.

Terrific room and really lovely and friendly staff. Great location as only a two minute walk to pub street and the night market street. Lots of dining options nearby. Took in the Apsara dinner show, and enjoyed the quality of the 5 course meal and energy of the dancers.

Very convenient location near Pub street, markets, river. Room was clean, comfortable, had AC, minifridge. Given filtered water in bottles. Pool was small and unheated. Pool area was hot and humid.
