Super nice hotel with great service! Piseth is the best!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 He's super nice and helped us with everything that we needed 11/10☺️ Breakfast was yummy and they really do have the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed at before. The people are polite and put you first.
I only stayed one day this beautiful hotel which I had amazing experience. It is very close to the airport and they have free transportation. Great location , very close to the main temples -Angkor Wat and museums , night market and shopping area. Beautiful and clean room , swimming pool and spa . The costumer service is a 5 star , employees super kind and helpful with every question you have . Mr Thoung Piseth front office worker really cares for the guest , helping questions what ever you need to know about the city and the culture of Cambodia. Thank you for the great experience!! I will definitely return , highly recommended!!!!!!
The room we had has three single beds really nice big room that my husband on a motorized scooter has a lot of space to maneuver his scooter without difficulty. Exceedingly clean and disable friendly. The swimming pool has ocean water on it and so sparklingly clean that you will enjoy the refreshing and hygienically water so useful to any type of skin. The Hotel staff were so professional and precisely courteous to the point that you will promise yourself to come back specially Mr Piseth Thoung, the assistance manager for front office who assisted us with his genuine kindness. The night Manager, Sinin helped us with the tour map for the Temples and very informative. The hotel is so close to all the shopping centers, arts and crafts, the duty free shops, museums, airports and Temples. The Tuk tuk ride is a blessing. You can reach any point of destination with very respectful drivers and so courteous for a $ 1 or $2..
Had the set menu and it is great. One of the best meals that I have had in Southeast Asia. Dinner is at 7:00 and they Also they have a performance at 7;30. The rooms are great and the location is near the center.
We stayed at this hotel on the last 2 days of a tour. Quite near town, only short cheap journey by Tuk tuk. Very nice welcome. Had breakfast lunch and dinner at this hotel, all of which were good. Lunch and dinner, although both set meals as we were a group were lovely and beautifully presented. The Resturant Manager was charming. What a delightful man who went out of his way to ensure everyone was totally happy with everything including ensuring that members of the group with special dietary needs were catered for not matter what their needs. Pool lovely. Hotel was quiet as end of season. Lovely local dance show ended our dinner well. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
I have used this hotel over a period of ten years. Why you may ask? Because the staff care. They do the little extras without being asked. The swimming pool is fantastic and they have just refurbished the gym. They also (in my opinion) serve the best noodle soup in Cambodia.
I lost a gold earring that I am very sentimental about at the pool. I asked the Spa staff to please look out for it,they took a photo of the remaining earring. I was not filled with hope, but felt that I have done due diligence to inform the Spa staff about my loss. Great was my surprise and joy when 2 days later, I was given my earring! Warm thank you to the Spa staff and the pool staff for finding and returning my earring.
Experience as meeting and lodging at the Angkor Century Hotel resort & spa is very pleasant. The services are friendly and quick, from check in, during the stay and at check out. The food served is also tasty and fresh. Only the internet in our room was often not connected, possibly because much of the lift.
Since this hotel has a fully experienced executive chef, breakfast, lunch and dinner are fantastic prepared and I strongly recommend the food in this hotel. The hotel service especially the staffs are friendly.
The hotel is so good accommodation and view. It's not far from night market, old market and Thai restaurant. Hotel officer is so nice and friendly. Some hotel officer can speak Thai language. The room is good.
