Comfortable but not convenient.

The bed is soft and comfortable. The shower temperature is easy to adjust. They provide 4 pillows for 2 person. The soap is in a bottle that is quite special as my mom originally thought was cleaning detergent left by the cleaner. There is no lift so is not convenient for people with lots of luggage and people with limited mobility like my mom.

Unprofessional Reception Staff

I had received a call from Hotel reception on 7pm, and ask me what time can I check in, after that, he told me that if I not check in again, they would like to rent the room that I booked to other customer. For what reason, they can rent the room to other since I had made a full payment to hotels.com? Finally, when I arrived on 9pm and ready for check in, I saw the receptionist is just wear a T-shirt, short pant and slipper, without a formal uniform. Then, the receptionist told me that my room had checked in by other. Few minutes later, the receptionist only told me is his mistake because the room that I booked already check-in by other. I just wondering why such of problem will happened in this hotel, it was a serious problem.

This hotel is quiet, clean, with good security and plenty of parking. The room with 2 beds is especially suitable for family. The pipe water is strong enough and hot water supply is good. In terms of facilities inside the room, it will be good if electrical kettle is provided. TV channels too limited and signal reception is bad. The shower head holder in the room need replacement. The checking in experience was bad, we arrived at the hotel at 6pm, booked 2 rooms, and being told 1 room is not ready. Check in time is 2pm and room is not ready at 6pm is not acceptable. Also there was nobody else at the reception but yet it took 30 mins to check in. I have 1 room for 2 days, obviously no housekeeping was done to replace the used towels and refurnish the free drinking water on the 2nd day.

1). I booked a room with window through Expedia, but I was given a room without window. The reception does not have favorable feedbacks about Expedia bookings and her remarks made me rethink about Expedia. 2) I booked this hotel because it was advertised that it offers 24hr airport pickup. But I was told, the service stops at 5pm!! My flight arrived at 8pm. I felt so tricked. 3) The hotel is next to Karaoke center. Noisy. But the noise stops at 12pm. If you are an early sleeper, the noise would be annoying. 4) Complimentary newspaper is Chinese. Wish they could give English. 5) There's TV in room but no reception.

Ask for special request for fresh bed sheet

Booked online and when arrive there, waited for 25 min for checked in cos of fully booked according to reception. Very shock as bed sheet very yuck, dirty and wet, not the fresh one. Luckily, reception lady help me change the bed sheet. But, blanket didn't change for fresh one.

Reguest for for room service was not done for two days. There was renovation next door. There were drilling and knocking of the wall from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm.

A very nice place for a reasonable price. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are helpful and polite. There are a couple breakfast place a few minutes walk away. Perfect for a weekend stay. Only downside is later into the night or very early in the morning, there's no water at all. Problem solved by talking to the staff & they turn it on immediately. Only issue is having walk down to the reception every morning or night is a bit of a hassle.

The room was ok. It so basic. Clean, but the facility inside such a boiler & iron u need to request. For one night stay no problem. TV channel, very poor. Overall, good for me.

New hotel but lack of cleaning

When I check in the room, the room floor have thin layer of dust, toilet fan are super noisy and no function at all and air con filter are full of dust cause the room cold down slower. Wifi are unusable. Other than that all are in good shape and condition

The hotel experience

The hotel I'm stayed satisfied.They provided me free shuttle to airport which save my cost.My room getting signal not signal but I'm okay with it.The area actually quite nothing to spend entertainment.Sibu is a place to relax and keep calm yourself.Not a travel and play

New hotel and value for money

New hotel with tiny room. Suitable for those who aftering new and clean hotel and spend minimum in room just for shower and sleep. With the cheaper room, it does not has a outdoor window, therefore the new paint smell still trapped the room even with the toilet exhaust fan.

New Budget hotel

If you would just think of it as a budget hotel with new beds and clean sheets, then it will serve your needs. But not suitable for elderly people as there is no lift. The new block has paint smell at the moment as it is newly renovated. No ammenties, just all in one shower gel and shampoo. For basic and budget needs it meets expectation.
