It was horrible, dirty and disgusting . I was charged for a room I didn’t stay in .

The hotel is very outdated and has had no upkeep. The elevator looked like it belonged in a horror movie. The air conditioning system in almost the entire place was controlled by one main thermostat which was set on heat and the staff could not adjust or change it to cooling so we were uncomfortable the entire time. The room looked just as bad as the lobby and was NOT clean. Our balcony was a shared balcony with the next room. The breakfast was terrible. We only stayed because no other hotel had availability. Won't ever go back.

Property is really run down and not clean. The pictures on the internet are not a true picture of the condition.

Nothing... it was a horrible stay... there’s nothing good to say...

The pool and hot tub were nice amenities, but the place itself was very outdated and rundown. The air conditioning in the rooms was supposedly new but it was not working very well in our room. The bar was suppose to open at 5:00 but no one was there until about 5:10 and we had to wait until the bar was set up. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6:00 but didn’t start until 6:30. There was no ice in the ice maker. The room was clean but there was no top sheet on the bed. The price was right but this place needs a lot of work. It reopened about a year ago so it is a work in progress - the manager’s words.

The worst hotel you will see it in your travel ..........

It wasn’t very nasty had nats an spider webs everywhere covers was moist r damp had cigar tobacco on floor an cat food etc it was horrible it’s nice in lobby but rooms is a no go I’m sorry this place should be shut down

I liked the pool going from indoor to outdoor. The entire property, however has that “rundown” look. The pictures on the Orbitz site are WAY outdated. I should have noticed before, but they all say Clarion on them and this place hasn’t been a Clarion for years!! The first room they put us in had a broken in half toilet seat. The tv nor the refrigerator worked at all. The refrigerator wobbled 3 inches and wore out the wooden fixture it was in; not that it was great in the first place. Every piece of furniture was torn and raggedy. The second room they put us in the AC didn’t work well even after changing the filter dated 2.5 years since last change. The elevators rarely worked and on occasion found myself having to use the stairs to the 4th floor. The breakfast was nonexistent as cereal and refrigerator cold bagel bread hardly counts when looking for a hotel with breakfast. The manager there consistently yelled at anyone who complained causing continuous shouting matches in the lobby; fortunately I avoided the guy like a plague. People actually came up to me and greeted me with “Welcome to hotel from hell!” There’s just so much more I could literally type a story here...

The power when off during my stay my food spoiled and I was hot all night

They had an indoor/outdoor pool, but the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, with bugs and a lot of hair floating in it. The air conditioning system did not seem to work well at all either in the lobby, the breakfast area, or the rooms. The first room we were assigned smelled musty and the carpet was wet (as was the bathroom floor). When we asked about getting a different room, they quickly gave us one (which was better), saying that the air conditioning system was not working well, leaving humidity to condensate in the room. Our second room was dry and had a nice bed, TV, hideaway bed for the kids, etc., but the toilet did not flush well and the water from the faucet tasted odd. Though I slept well, the humidity in the room made it a bit uncomfortable. Finally, there was one out of service elevator and one sluggish elevator and there were many little signs of disrepair (ripped carpet, damage on the walls, cobwebs near the ceiling, a persistent loud noise in the lobby, etc.). Overall, it was disappointing, since the property looked decent online.

Parking was ok. Sheets had stains and white crumbly pieces on them.

Property was old and not well maintained. Elevator took forever forcing us to take the stairs several times. There was no hot water to the sink. The wall valve leaked so much it could not be opened without flooding the bathroom. Floors are stained are appear very dirty. Felt like a seedy, low-dollar hotel, not a Wyndham property.

I liked the location but the room had a foul smell couldn't get into the room bc there was a problem with the door had to call the front desk to get someone to open it for me. Whn I tried to go out of the door had a very hard time opening the door. There were oily handprints all over the door and walls. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. And don't get me to talking about the roaches!!
